  Fabulous hotel. Stayed for nine nights and the staff went above and beyond. Have to say one of tje best hotels in Tossa De Mar. Only thing I'd a fault with was the food. Could be better. But that was a minor issue.   We spent a fantastic week at this hotel with a group of five friends, and we already know we’ll be coming back! 🏖️The hotel truly deserves the highest rating – it’s clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily. Everything felt fresh, smelled great, and was super comfortable.The all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations – the food was not only varied but genuinely delicious. Everyone found something they liked. And the churros for breakfast? Absolutely amazing! 😋The staff? Wonderful! Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. A special shout-out to Dani from the bar – such a positive person who made every evening even better. 🍹The hotel is perfect for both groups of friends and families with kids – there’s a playroom for the little ones and entertainment for adults too, like billiards and animation programs. There's something for everyone.It was truly a great week full of relaxation, laughter, and fun.   Great location. Miserable staff and poor food

  Great central location for shops, bars, restaurants and beach. We visited October 2025. The food however is another thing. Food was never hot, just tepid and greasy and not at all nice. The black guy making omelettes in the morning was very rude indeed. The bar staff and reception staff (apart from the blonde British girl) well, the Halloween skeletons had bigger smiles. I don’t think the whole week we were there one of them made us welcome or smiled. Very unprofessional and after all it is the holiday makers that pay their wages. Great improvements needed on food and customer relations l. We will not be returning.   Hotel Don Juan Tossa, A nice hotel overall. Location was very good, just a short stroll to the beach. Plenty of nice restaurants very close by & great for walking the old streets & up to the castle. The hotel itself was immaculate and staff were very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner had a large variety of foods & due to its buffet style, the food was never piping hot but though it was not "fine dining", it was more than adequate. Beds were very comfortable & no noise to disturb your nights sleep. WiFi was good throughout. We had a few issues with the aircon in the room which wouldn't come on unless the patio door was SLAMMED shut but the staff did respond to our maintenance request very quickly.Because of the location of the hotel, the view from the balcony was poor (overlooking other apartments & did not encourage us to sit out to read or sip a drink).Tossa De Mar is a lovely town. Plenty of restaurants dotted throughout the old streets with a great atmosphere for strolling & watching the world go by. Not much in the way of live music bars, much more like a relaxing vibe. The castle is very impressive & a must visit with its narrow cobbled streets & amazing views. Would definitely recommend Tossa for a short break or as a base to visit the surrounding area.
