    This is THE Place to Stay in Rome!

    Location, Location, Location, what an amazing place to lay your head after a long day roaming the ancient streets of Rome! Located or hidden on the 3rd floor of a building that borders both the Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro Stop. Walking distance or Metro to EVERYTHING!!! Had the best dinner and dolce at the nearby cafes.....shopping is either WAAAAAY high-end or authentic throw-back Italy. You can grab an Uber or Taxi very close as well. Boutique hotel that has amazing bathrooms and comfy beds. Room is big for what we expected as well. Huge wardrobe with bathrobes and slippers. The owners couldn't be nicer or more accomidating. We left our bags for a good 5 hours after we checked out....they were happy to store them for us. Soooo thankful to have found this getm! Sorry we were only there 1 night!!!

    Fantastic stay in an amazing location overlooking Piazza di Spagna. Accomodation was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Modern bathrooms and great air con. Reasonably priced. Overall we were really impressed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

    Excellent location near Spanish steps, our room had the best view of the steps! Easy check in, our host met us at the elevator checked us in and gave us good information regarding our stay.The room was large with very nice bathroom.This hotel does not have breakfast options so keep that in mind.The desk is manned part of the day and not 24 hours so keep that in mind.I would stay again just for the location and convenience.They were very nice in communicating before arrival and arranging private transfer back to airport.

    My family of 5 were so pleased with our stay at the two-bedroom apartment! It has been beautifully designed and the modern amenities coupled with the old world charm of the building are perfection. Very comfortable! And the location is literally next door to the Spanish steps- you have easy access to the shops & cafes. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. This will be our “go to” vacation rental when we are in Rome from this point on.

    This hotel has a great location beside the Spanish steps. We stayed in the 2 bedroom family apartment. Rooms are soundproofed with in was needed as Spanish steps are very busy. The cons were beds were very hard. The most uncomfortable we had encountered in Italy. A soft matress topper would go a long way. Also no breakfast and coffee in rooms was not the greatest. Overall the location is great but a few modifications are needed to justify its price
