This hotel is located in Santa Cristina de Aro, at the heart of the Costa Brava. Lying between holes 1 and 18 of the Costa Brava Golf Club, the hotel offers a quiet, relaxing ambience. Links to the public transport and the city centre are just 1 km from the hotel and it is about 5 km to the nearest beach and sea whilst the railway station is approximately 18 km away and Costa Brava airport is 24 km from the hotel. It is some 110 km to Barcelona’s El Prat de Llobregat airport.

Facility

103 rooms, including 12 suites, 9 single rooms and 80 double rooms, are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and an auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library.     5 Stars – A Fantastic Stay Despite Initial Apprehension!

    After reading some mixed reviews, I was admittedly quite apprehensive about our stay at RV Hotel Golf Costa Brava — but I needn’t have been! We stayed for two nights and had three full days to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer, and we were pleasantly surprised throughout.Reception:From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke fluent English, which made everything much easier, and nothing was too much trouble — from providing recommendations to booking taxis. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.Restaurant:Breakfast offered an excellent continental spread with a huge variety of pastries, fresh breads, fruits, yoghurts, jams, cheeses, cold meats, and more — everything you could want to start the day. While the hot breakfast options were more limited (as is typical in Europe), the quality was great and everything was hot and fresh.Dinner is served buffet-style at €20 per person, with one bottle of still water included per table (additional drinks are extra). The selection was fantastic — fresh meats, fish, vegetarian options, pasta, pizza, chips, and a huge salad bar. The dessert selection was impressive, especially the fun addition of an “ice cream factory” that both kids and adults will love.Bar:The bar was very reasonably priced and well-stocked. The staff were incredibly accommodating — always happy to provide extra cups of ice to help keep drinks cool around the pool. Fede (the manager) and Dani both stood out for their exceptional customer service and warm, friendly demeanour. They also make a mean cocktail!There’s also an à la carte food menu available from the bar with a great selection of snacks and meals. Everything we tried was served quickly, tasted delicious, and again — very affordable.Pool Area:The pool area is beautifully maintained with lush lawns, well-kept patios, and gorgeous mountain views. The pool itself was the perfect temperature, and the poolside showers were great for a quick refresh. The only improvement we’d suggest is the addition of more parasols — the area is a bit of a sun trap, and some shade would make it even better.Rooms:We were slightly disappointed with our room. Despite mentioning it was our anniversary, we were given a room overlooking the car park with no outdoor space and two single beds that didn’t push together properly. The room was definitely on the dated side and basic in appearance, but it was clean, spacious, and functional. It had great air con, plenty of storage, a fridge, a seating area, and a large bathroom — so it ticked all the important boxes.Location:The hotel is set in a beautiful location surrounded by mountain views and the golf course. If you have a car, it’s easy to explore the surrounding towns and cities. However, if you’re relying on public transport, be prepared for a lot of walking or fairly steep taxi fares, as the area is quite remote.Overall:Despite a few small drawbacks, we had a fantastic couple of days away. The food, service, and overall atmosphere far exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend RV Hotel Golf Costa Brava to others — and would definitely return ourselves!     We enjoyed our stay, personnel were very friendly and helpful ; food was delicious, the pool awesome and the area has plenty of great beaches, villages, and museums to explore. Excellent location, we really loved it. The hotel does need to upgrade the rooms though as they are quite old.     Booked the hotel last minute on our motorbike trip down through Spain.We booked half board as no restaurants are close by.Lots of private parking.Really enjoyed a dip in the pool after a day on the bike.Large comfortable room with much welcome air conditioning and a patio with chairs.Very friendly bar staff, I enjoyed a very good sangria.The restaurant opened at 8pm, and was a buffet. Not being sure what to expect we were really impressed with the quality and selection of food.Breakfast was also excellent.Price per night was 70 euros for half board for two people - what's not to love.Overall a great hotel and I would highly recommend.

    The view from our room was incredible, had a very relaxing week!We wanted to relax from the city stress to a quiet and green area and saw this hotel.Got treated very well by the staff, loved the cleaniness and our bed was comfortable.It's typical Spanish style with a curated garden and a big golf camp.We also loved the restaurant, every day we had different choices, it's not your typical boring hotel food, so I would recommend you try that.Lovely stay, we will definitely come back ❤️
