Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this apartment hotel is situated in a quiet area in Lloret de Mar, not more than fifty metres from the beach. It is about 24 km to the nearest airport, Gerona (GRO), and Barcelona (BCN) is around 79 km away.

Facility

    Very terrifying and bad service.First he hang up the phone on me, because I asked information about the prices that instantly changed.I called again, but he didn’t pick up.25 min later we see the hotel pop up cheaper again at booking.com. We didn’t trust it, so we went to the hotel, it was a 6 min drive away.The man was telling us that we have to give him €400 deposit.We said that it doesn’t matter how much the deposit is, but we asked if he can just show us the rules about the deposit.The man was immediately aggressive and shouting that he just a security member and not of the reception. And he doesn’t know where we must read it and we are not getting any room, while waving his hand to use toward the door. Because of his aggressive behavior, I decided to record everything on my phone.I calmed him down by asking why a person can’t ask anything and that it’s not crazy that a person wants to know the rules about the deposit.It was a very weird unprofessional strange conversation.We almost decided to stay, but I told my partner that I find him very aggressive and that it doesn’t feel good. We decided not to stay.I’m not going to use these recordings, but if someone is interested in the aggressive behavior, I can forward them.O yeah and by the way, the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures at all and that was only the reception. Let alone the rooms.

    Great stay at Goa's Acacia hotel.

    When we arrived we got the room late and also we were not happy with the cleanliness of the room. We informed the front desk and they quickly apologized and rushed to get our room cleaned. So it gave us much happiness to see they acknowledged their mistake and took great pains to make us comfortable. Amartya and Shrusti at the reception were extremely helpful and Arijeet and Bernali at the restaurant were very warm and courteous in their service. We were very happy with our subsequent stay. The next day we were changed to a better room and also were served complimentary dinner. Much impressed with the service. Will want to come again.

    We had a perfect staycation at Acacia. The staff went of the way to make us feel comfortable. Thanks to Ms. Srishti. Very polite, very professional. They decorated the room for my birthday eve. Helped my boyfriend to surprise me. I really felt special. Loved the hopitality. Food is amazing at the Restaurant. Definitely staying here again whenever i am comingto goa next.

    This is the most discusting hotel I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have never experienced staff as rude as what they are here. A total waste of money and the rudest receptionist I have ever come across. Filthy hotel. No cleaner and overrun with rodents. Please avoid this hotel at all costs, you would have a better stay in the street. DISCUSTING!!!

    It took me almost a year but I’m finally ready to leave the review.The hotel itself is a really nice place - convenient location (3 minutes walk from the beach), tasty and various food, very polite staff at the restaurant and reception. Especially the girl named Marta - she was very helpful and always friendly. Unfortunately didn't get time to check SPA, but the room was very nice and tidy and quite roomy.But there is one huge BUT - the management. I guess it was the manager, who treated us horribly. There was a problem with our flight and we came one day later, but we prepaid for the first night including dinner. As we arrived later, we asked if we could move our unused dinner to the lunch for the next day as we knew that there were no problems with switching meals at this hotel. But this Spanish woman was awful. She was very angrily explaining to us, that it is not possible, that the agency didn't warn them about our delay and our reservation was marked as a now show. I'm familiar with the work at the hotel and know what it means, and we still paid for the first night. I was too tired from all this delays and agreed to that. But then she demanded that we have to pay the tourism fee for the first night! So we don’t deserve food, but have to pay fee?! Seriously?! I know it just 2 euros, but still. This whole treatment was terrible. I hope that the management will read this and know how it is necessary to treat your guests with respect and understanding. Especially when it all comes from higher personnel.Overall I do recommend to stay in this hotel and hope, that you won’t meet the same treatment as I did.
