This popular hotel is located in the tourist centre of Aromar, just a stone's throw from the nearest sandy beach. An abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are also within a short walk from the hotel and the nearest public transport is located 200 m away.

Facility

22 single rooms and 136 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     I stayed for 3 nights. The room is amazing and also the view, maybe the bathroom could be better. The hotel is near beach and has an amazing swimming pool with deckchairs. We went in September so the water was cold but I imagine that during summer is more useful.

    I originally did not book this hotel, i had the change hotels the last minute because my previous hotel's AC was broken and they could not give us an ETA on when it will be fixed. We walked into the hotel and greeted immediately by a lady at reception. She told us she had one room and we gladly took it. The hotels location is right on the beach.We were given the superior double room included breakfast. The bathroom is 1.5 square meters on the high side. . The sink is on top of the bed, outside the bathroom and there was a bunk bed. Now, If i ever go back to this hotel, i would never ever stay in this room, i did not like how small bathroom is and sink on top of my bed. It was manageable for 2 days.The breakfast buffet was really good, we also did lunch and dinner buffets. All were amazing , fresh foodThis hotel has a weird policy on pool towels.. You can only get 3 towels ( we were 3 people) . I asked for more, they said , they cannot do it, against their policy. I was also told that anytime I need to exchange for new towels, I need to pay 2 euros per towel, again the hotel policy. I find this very very odd, i have been travelling so many places and getting a towel was never an issue or getting charged for clean towelsEveryone in the hotel was friendly, kind and made sure that we are taken care of.     Great location on the beach and clean rooms. Not much space for your clothes.Check In was 30 min late (but no problem) and parking was moved to 1 km from the hotel. Our room smelled from sewerage probably because of the rain and only in random periods. Breakfast was really bad - Omelet and croissants was very dry. The staff wanted our kids to pay as adults (10 and 12 years) so we did. All other days we went out for breakfast. We checked out off the hotel one day before time without them even asking why. Service was really not good.     Customer service training needed at the bar!

    A gorgeous hotel - lovely rooms, beautiful location and great food. Staff, on the whole, are brilliant and helpful… except the older lady at the bar, whose attitude towards our business group was astonishing. Members of our party were repeatedly ignored for long periods, others were told “No!” (with an accompanying pointing of the finger) when they asked for a menu, or were told that the bar was closed (when it wasn’t). When I asked her to de-cork a bottle of wine, I received a sigh and an eye-roll. We were all pretty gobsmacked by her behaviour, especially given the helpfulness of all of the other staff.
