  Normal place for normal life ) if u wanna visit a lot of places around and will not stay 24 hours at hotel you will like it . Hotel has own pool and situated not far from the center of the city . Very good location. Near station and seaside. Food is not so nice, better to have just a breakfast. I was there 2 times. Calella is nice city.

  Wouldn’t return graffiti all over found it a dirty place most corners smelt like pi** wouldn’t return. Beach is clean but a horrid shingle beach. Few nice restaurants dotted about and found the people in shops honest not just out to rip you off.

  Lovely place beach real nice. Sea clear and quite warm. Visited about 10years ago.   Just got back home from Spain where I stayed at this hotel. Not a big-time traveller with hundreds of trips in my back pocket, I have yet to admit this was easily my worst 3-star hotel experience. And I daresay if it wasn't for Natalya, the receptionist, it would be two, not three. The two advantages of this place are the proxomity to the railways station and the beach. You can walk to the former within literally two minutes, and to the latter in three or four mintues. And the second advantage is, like I said, Natalya, who does her best to make your stay better, really knows her way with people. She is not just nice or friendle, she actually helps you out, whether it's a hotel issue or advice on where and how to go. A big big thank you goes to her. And that is it. Because ants all over the place and catering make the stay here an unforgettable experience you'd wanna forget. Breakfast and dinner they serve, but that's just never changing menu of bolied eggs, a cereal, two types of bread and sausage, and... pretty much that's it. Vegetables only look good. For some reason, if the platters are empty, the staff never hurries to refill. A usual thing here, to show up for breakfast and find empty platters. Takes you 5-10-15 minutes to wait until somethings comes along. Juices and coffee is something beyond my mind. Nobody asks or expects them to be tasty, but just to... be:) The vending machine magically shuts down about 30-40 minutes before breakfast is officially over. You just stand thereby and wait, holding an empty cup or glass in the hope the staff see you. Then, a woman would come up to you and apologize like the machine is not working too good (just for today) and throws a couple of tricks behind the machine to make the liquid pour, but just for you. It will be off until another guest as patient as you comes up. To sum it all up, if you wanna just sleep there, that's your ticket, because the location is great. You want 3-star level service package? It ain't there. Русский в целом отель, судя по тому, что мы видели. Потому и по-русски тоже напишу. Если кратко, у отеля два плюса: близость к морю и к вокзалу, до которых вы дойдете в пределах пяти минут, и администратор Наталья, которая из кожи вон лезет, чтобы вам понравилось. Станет вашим другом, советником и вообще очень полезным человеком, который поможет поменять номер, если освободится что-то получше, расскажет, как и куда доехать. Все остальное в Calella Park довольно прискорбно. Особенно муравьи повсюду и питание. Завтраки и ужины - убогие наборы еды из невкусных овощей, вареных яиц, холодного омлета, хлеба и двух видов нарезок. Нарезку приносят примерно раз в 15 минут, по 5 кружочков, и их разумеется сметают за первые 15 секунд. Всюду грязно, нет даже салфеток. Автомат с соком и кофе - это просто драма. Его отключают минут за 30 до конца завтрака или ужина под предлогом, что он плохо работает. Если проявите терпение и настойчивость, сотрудница персонала подойдет с виноватой улыбкой, сунет голову за машину, что-то там наколдует и вуаля - лично вам автомат наработает стаканчик, а потом снова сломается. Может, это из экономии - лично видел, как моя соотечественница этот ужасный инвайт или юпи набирала в пластиковую бутылку. В общем, если вам надо место чтобы ночевать - можно брать. Если ждете еще и питания - в принципе питаться можно, но ведь в Испанию едешь не за холодным омлетом.   we went to the calella park hotel for a week in august 13-20th 2013, on arrival the hotel was very quiet, the hotel receptionist was very nice but we wernt put in the hotel we were put in a top floor appartment next door to the hotel 73 steps up to the room no lift, the room was clean n we had our own balcony but after a day or so i couldnt manage the steps up n down 3 or 4 times a day to cut a long story short we found out they put all their english guests in the rooms next door to the hotel, we complained so they moved us into the hotel 2nd floor up with lifts. we went half board but the food was awful!!!! the salad was ok but the hot food was disgusting so we ate out most of the week which cost us a lot of money after already paying for it in your half board. breakast wasnt worth getting up for, we would go back to calella but not to the calella park hotel, even though the staff in the hotel were very nice.
