Location

This hotel is ideally located in the tourist centre of Lloret de Mar, just 400 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach and right in the buzzing district of Fanals. An array of shops and other entertainment options are all a few minutes walk from the hotel and the centre of the town is only 800 m away. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel (25 m).

Facility

The holiday village has 19 suites, 10 apartments, 26 single rooms and 353 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service and a laundry service. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the holiday village offers archery. Water sports offered include kayaking, and water skiing is available for a fee. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and massage treatments, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Honest review of a nice hotel

    This is a honest true review based on commen sense and actual detail. The hotel is set just outside lorett in Fenals a short 10 minutes stroll down the road. Fenals is set in a bay with a nice beach a short walk from the hotel 5 minutes. It has three beach bars and two ice cream pop ups. The rooms in the hotel are dated but extremely clean and tidy and the place in its entirety is very clean and well kept. It has a large outdoor unheated pool and a heated outdoor pool with canopy over together with a pay on use spa.The meals are buffet style and include salads, stews, chicken beef and pork with plenty of Vegetables. There's pizza, chips and plenty of choice and something different every day. No one goes hungry here. Sweets are plentyful and include fruit and ice cream. The breakfast is salads or every type of eggs bacon and some form of sausage. There's Continental and fruit,tea,coffee and juice.The only criticism is that the meal times should have sittings over 3 periods spread 30 minutes apart as it gets extremely busy sometimes.

    Where do I start. Firstly the reception staff are terribly rude. 3 behind the desk a big queue. One standing there with her arms folded. I requested a ground floor apartment as I have a child with special needs. When we arrived we were offered a 5th floor room with a balcony. We had to pay an extra 180 euro for the ground floor apartment. This was not mentioned previously when booking. We reluctantly paid it as we needed to be on the ground floor. The childs pool is dangerous around it it is slippery. An accident could happen so easily there. A lifeguard walking around on his phone. He could try make things around the pool safer. The breakfast queue is redicilous. People pushing like animals for food. We had a very late flight going back so we requested a late check in the day before. Reception were so rude. We had return rhe following morning at 10am to see if this was possible as our apartment could have been reserved online the night before. We would be happy to pay for an extra night even in a room for 8 hours to relax before we head to airport. They were quoting us 145 euro extra a night for an apartment or 92 euro for a room although on the same day it was 55 euro online to book the same room so not sure where they got those figures. Wanted to speak to a manager but was not possible he/she just hides in the office. We eventually got our late check out until 6pm but it was a big drama. One positive thing is the staff at the bar were lovely . We will never return. They are greedy and basically a tourist money pit. Be aware.

    Unreturned Deposit and Service Issues – Room 623

    The hotel's location is excellent, being just a few hundred meters from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the nearest shopping center. However, the rooms are small and, while reasonably clean due to daily housekeeping, they lack basic amenities such as standard hand soap. Furthermore, the beds are uncomfortably short and structurally odd—wavy yet excessively hard.We booked half board (breakfast and dinner), but the dinner service was disappointing: the only drink provided was plain water, which had to be fetched from the opposite end of the dining hall. On a positive note, the food selection was broad and flavorful, featuring a daily variety of sliced tropical fruits, as well as whole fruits during dinner. The beverage stations included three coffee machines and one juice dispenser serving decent quality packaged juice.The most critical issue was the service and staff behavior. The staff was cold and unprofessional. Upon checkout, the receptionist confiscated our towel cards without returning the €20 cash deposit. When contacted via email, management refused to issue a bank transfer, unreasonably suggesting that we return from the airport to collect the cash in person. This standard of service is unacceptable.

    Outstanding hotel, especially Rafa and the staff in the restaurant, even if the last couple of mornings were not good because of the amount of people waiting outside the restaurant and practically eating all the food, these where groups of folk dancers from Slovakia.also rooms were spacious and clean, the cleaning staff did a good job, pool area lovely and could get a bed has no po me was allowed to leave towels, bar staff really good as was reception. If I came again this is the hotel I would choose, even though it's a 15 minutes walk in to lloret from fenals.

    Poor, sparsely furnished (just one uncomfortable wooden chair), terrible bathroom, uneven heating (it’s either too hot or too cold), uncomfortable bed, harsh linens, inadequate towels.
