8 single rooms and 241 double rooms are available to guests in a 7-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Stayed for a joint birthday celebration and had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the beach, town, and local shops, which made everything very convenient.The hotel itself is stunning, with modern décor and a lovely eco-friendly theme throughout. Everywhere was clean and tidy, and our room was spotless and cleaned daily to a very high standard.The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The reception team were friendly and always happy to assist, while the bar staff around the pool worked incredibly hard and provided excellent service.Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice each morning. A special mention also for the bottle of bubbly left for the birthday celebration — such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise.The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The only small issue during our stay was that, on one day, the area around the hot tub had not been cleaned for some time, with towels and glasses left from the previous evening. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.Would definitely return and recommend to others looking for a stylish and relaxing hotel stay.     Oversold at a 5*, this is a 4 star at best… interestingly the signage all states *** Some positives, staff are friendly & breakfast is good, the rooms and spacious with nice toiletries, comfy bed, coffee machine. The pool area very nice, however water very cold. Had to pay 10 euros to use the indoor pool for 1 hour which is worn & in need of renovation. However… this is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The rooms are not soundproof as suggested. Every sound, chairs being moved about, shoes clattering, very loud pipework when running taps/flushing toilet. The remote control blinds make the most terrible squeaking noise, you can hear from above rooms & each side. The road is noisy with pedestrians and train track 150m away.     This hotel exudes luxury. Beautiful, clean rooms. With everything you could possibly want. The staff are very friendly, helpful and highly professional. The bar staff are well-trained. They know how to make drinks and create a pleasant atmosphere. The sky lounge is fantastic. Very luxurious. The location is excellent. And the food is second to none. Very tasty and refined. All the ingredients are fresh and they use plenty of fresh herbs. All in all, a real treat to stay here.     Nice hotel but very misleading

    The hotel room was very nice and the staff were really friendly however we had a few issues.Firstly the beach hut which is advertised on their website as you book (and says you get 10% off) was closed our entire stay. Every other hut on the beach was open apart from ours and this was one of the selling points for us, it also meant that there were no loungers on the beach which was also heavily advertised as being available to us.Next we decided to spend a day up on the sky lounge, which was 10 euros pp. However their lounge bar was closed, meaning we had to wait for someone to come up to order anything so we didn't really get use out of this.Another issue we had was the temperature of the pools, they were not just cold they were freezing. No one was in the water the entire time we were there as it was just too cold even though the sun was out. Which meant we had to resort to paying 10 euro pp to go to the spa to be able to swim in a warmish pool.Finally, during our last couple of days, our of the hotel smelt strongly of weed. However nothing was done, cleaners were there every morning but nothing was done to get rid of the smell.Overall, I would not rush back to this hotel. It looks really good but when the majority of their selling points are closed or unusable you wonder what you paid so much money for. Our waiters regularly go up to the Sky Lounge so guests can order and enjoy drinks without needing to leave the space.We also appreciate your comments regarding the pool temperature and the smell issues you experienced during your stay.
