Location

This attractive beach hotel is situated only 180 m from the turquoise blue sea with its inviting sandy beach. Links to the public transport network are also to be found in the immediate vicinity. In addition, a good selection of pubs, restaurants and bars are to be found close by (within 500 m). The centre is within walking distance; being only a 30 minutes walk away.

Facility

Units include 44 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Never ever again this hotel or anything from same chain

    Very disappointing experience, mainly due to extremely poor and unprofessional service at reception.From the beginning, it was almost impossible to reach the front desk — calls from both the room and mobile phone were simply ignored. When we did manage to speak to the receptionist, we were given incorrect or misleading information, and no real solutions were ever provided.Requests for basic assistance were dismissed. For example, when we had an issue with the room temperature, the receptionist refused to send maintenance and told us to “just open the window,” despite severe weather conditions. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night.The overall attitude of the staff member was dismissive, unhelpful, and far below what one would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4-star. Instead of resolving issues, the situation was repeatedly handled with indifference.Additionally, after using the spa facilities, I experienced an allergic reaction, yet this was not handled with any level of concern or flexibility.The facilities themselves are very basic and do not compensate for the lack of service.Overall, a frustrating and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

    This hotel is 200 metres from the beach but has fabulous grounds and 3 pools together with a snack bar by the pools. It is kept scrupulously clean and well tended The food is amazing and the staff are brilliant. I cannot speak too highly of this hotel and this was our second visit and definitely NOT the last. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable Book a room with a pool view and get a wonderful view of the local mountains and the Pyrenees in the distance. 10/10 in every aspect

    Stayed here late September with Great Rail Holidays , It is just one of the Best Hotels i have stayed in , Room fantastic, Plenty of room ,Clean , Balcony sea view , Lovely Pools, but i prefer the Sea which is 5 minutes walk away , Great Breakfast room and Choice , Highly Recommended

    This is a lovely hotel, but this week (Aug 12-17) there’s a music festival on. 11pm-3am. Incredibly loud. No warning from the hotel. No apologies. No adjustments or basic sympathy. Dreadful. Holiday ruined.

    Third time at Mediterraneo Hotel

    Just coming to the end of our third stay here with a group organised by Parrys International Coaches .Love this hotel , food and service second to none . I had contacted the hotel beforehand and they arranged a walk in shower room for us and also the hire of a wheelchair for my husband. We were given room 1011 - one floor down from October , identical room to before . However as it’s over the kitchen it was a bit noisy - didn’t stop our enjoyment but I will request a higher floor next time . The hotel and grounds are excellent and I can recommend this highly . Roses us a lovely safe resort , with a great promenade around the beautiful bay . The weather has been wonderful and we just wished we could stay longer
