This hotel is situated in the leisure centre of Aro, approximately 80 m from the nearest sandy beach. A diverse selection of shops, bars and restaurants are located between 200 m and 1 km from the hotel and links to the public transport network are to be found just 500 m away.

Facility

112 rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     The hotel is situated in the second line, very close to the beach. From our room, we could see the sea between the two buildings in the front line. Spotlessly clean, the hotel seems to be recently renovated, with a chic bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed daily. The bed linen was changed several times (we stayed 11 nights). What should especially be mentioned is the quality and variety of the food. It was the best food out of the four MedPlaya hotels we went to last years (in Benidorm, Benalmadena, or Salou). Spanish food, but also international cuisine, French and Italian. Especially worth mentioning is the variety of fruits, cheeses, fish and seafood. The cakes were also good, especially those fruit cheesecakes.We arrived at the hotel late, after dinner time, our plane being 4 hours late. We had full board. I was surprised when the receptionist said, as we had full board, that since we missed dinner she offers us lunch on the last day. When leaving, we had a flight in the morning, so it didn't matter for us. She also did not ask me, as in the other MedPlaya hotels I have stayed at in the past years, if I want to use the Amigo loyalty points in that bill, or I want them in my account for the future. She just put them in my account without asking. It seemed a bit sly to me.Good WiFi. 3 Euro/day for the safe.     Reminder of my days in the army

    Were to start about this hotel! , Well on a 2 week vacation with a party of 5 we ended up in this hotel that is like most gereral spanish beach town made for the main sit on beach do nothing holiday guest. This hotel was renewed about i year ago and that show in the quality of the rooms as they are clean functional and simply good rooms. This is tho were the good news end on this hotel. Rest of the hotel is cold and empty place, pool is ok but lots of dirt from trees fallen into the pool and not cleaned up on daily base. The restaurant reminded of my army days were we are all pushed in to a small noisy cantine to eat as make sure we leave as soon s possible.The restaurant exist of really 2 small rooms with way to many tables and no place to even move your chair, This made it almost impossible to get out to go to get something.Staff was not motivated and clearly working there against there will.Not only was the food of real real bad quality and mostl of it was burned from overcooking and served cold Even when restaurant just opened for dinner food that was on buffet was allready cold as they not even heated the counters as they should do in first place., most of the food served was kind or mistery food . Always the same things almost every day until now i still have no clue what i eat there for dinner. i clearly have eaten the beaf stew the first week 4 times. I think they picked the restaurant chef directly from the streat to save some money. He made a thai dish that was curry and rice basesd and called it pad thai and every chef with basic skills knows that pad thai is a noodle dish. ( My spous is a Thai native)The tables and chairs and everything else was dirty and of poor mantenance. disches, glasses and table cloth are not washed etc...etc... One of the pictures with burned sausages i asked if they are trying to give the guest of the hotel cancer they replyed you have to die from something , They foundt it funny to give me this reply as they tough i was jokeing around. As we confronted the reception and staff of the hotel about the problem they told us they would look into it someday when they have some spare time but in general they just did not care about it all.I was witness that the restaurant manager told a guest who complained that the food was cold again that if she wanted warm food that she always can put it into a microwave oven.In what restaurant you tell your guest to heat the food yourself!We have given up in complaining every day about the food and the hygene as they clearly did not care and started to eat outt as there are so many places with desent food around.I guess after they renew all rooms they try to lower quality of the food to get out of the renewing cost they have made.Here the guest is really paying for the renewed rooms!i have documented and will post some sample pictures in hope the hotel will reply with comment so i will post the remaining pictures after to show people i am giving honest review on this hotel.So do yourself a big favor rent a room but just save your money and eat somewhere else!!     I stayed here with my boyfriend and we had an excellent stay!! The staff were so kind, polite and helpful. The hotel itself was really clean and the rooms were nicely furnished with nice decor and bathrooms. The pool was good and the beach was lovely (although small stones, not sand). The hotel was mostly frequented by elderly people but it was still an enjoyable stay. We went full board and don’t regret that decision - the food was good, with a fair amount of options (my boyfriend is a coeliac and all the food was labelled well for him and he had no problems).     I spent 5 days during a local sport event. Medium hotel with good and spacious bed. Wi-fi is free of charge in all the rooms. The staff always nice and willing to help you for any need. Good breakfast with quite a lot of choice.
