Location

This hotel enjoys a perfect location, situated at the end of the sea front promenade, facing Lloret beach. The nearest links to the public transport network are 10 m away and it is 50 m to the beach, 300 m to the centre of Lloret de Mar and 500 m to the nearest shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy a quiet but central location just 7 minutes from the town’s magnificent modernist church, 700 m to bars and nightspots, 800 m to typical Iberian villages, 1 km to the cemetery, 1.5 km to St Pere del Bosc and 1.7 km to the Jardines de Santa Clothilde. It is 25 km to Girona Airport and 90 km to Barcelona Airport.

Facility

Units include 261 non-smoking rooms located in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, room service, a hairdresser and 3 conference rooms are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the for a fee garage or the for a fee car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator and a mini fridge are standard features. Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 3 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. Leisure options at the hotel include cycling/mountain biking, callisthenics and a steam bath. For a fee, guests can also enjoy a gym, a sauna and a hammam. Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 3 restaurants (non-smoking, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.     Relaxing time away

    Everything was amazing. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful. Evelina was especially accommodating and welcoming. She recognised that I’m Polish and she was very helpful with check in process, and facilitates within the hotel. Give her a raise!!! 💕 The room was clean and and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and the SPA. Hotel is very close to the beach.     A lovely hotel to stay with amazing views. The location is perfect and close to seaside , restaurants and bars. The staff are suoer friendly and accommodating, even for coeliacs like me. Both me and my husband loved buffet breakfast and the area.     Great hotel, highly recommend

    Recently returned from 11 nights at this hotel. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly. The rooms we had were clean and the beds made daily. We were half board and, for me, there was something to eat everyday, however my dad struggled just a little bit as he's a very plain eater and quite fussy. Despite that, he praised the restaurant and the staff. I was in a room with my dad but when we got the key, they had put us in a double bed. My daughter was in with a family friend and luckily their room had 3 beds so I stayed in there, rather than having to go to reception and ask them to reallocate. The rooms were a great size, plenty of storage and the balcony was a great size overlooking the outdoor pool. We were on the first floor and close to the lift which was great for my dad and our friend, who both have mobility issues. ProsClose to beach and shops. Superb location.Beautiful decor including a couple of old cars 3 pools to choose from including a salt water indoor pool, which altho not warm, was definitely warmer than the outside one. Plenty of sunbeds as there is a roof top area that has different types of sunbeds and also tables and chairsSuper friendly staff including one guy in the restaurant (didn't get his name) who kept me supplied with watermelon (even after I'd left the restaurant, he bought me some to a side door. Really appreciated that 🥰).Great food from the poolside barGenerous sized rooms (and balconies) which have a kettle and fridge.Shower was amazing, and didn't drop temperature which can sometimes happen. Safe in room which you don't have to pay extra forReally good wifiMobility scooters/ walkers available to rentConsNo entertainment in the hotel however there was an entertainment room, which you accessed via the adjacent snack bar, from which you had to get drinks and they were not included in the all inclusive package. The entertainment was only for 1 hour a night and there was no animation team to keep you entertained before the visiting artists, which started at 9.30pm. All inclusive you could access from the restaurant and pool side snack bar, no where else. Unfortunately there were an awful lot of flies which were a pest, more so in the adults only pool area. Not sure if the hotel could have sprayed anything to deter them. Not the hotels fault but it did put you off going up there. There were no lifts to adults only area, nor toilets, so for those with mobility problems it could cause issues. Toilets.     Location: stunning, could net get any closer to the beach. Spectacular views. Coast line beautiful. Loads of shops and plenty of restaurants.Hotel: staff friendly and helpful. rooms very small. Food wasent 2, my liking, always cold warm at best. We went all-inclusive, not worth it. There are not enough bars to get drinks from. No atmosphere at all. Room very small and not very clean, cleaned myself one day, balcony never swept or mopped in the 5 days we were there. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Meant to be a four star hotel, more a 3 at most.
