Location

This hotel is a good point of departure for exploring Calella de la Costa. It is centrally located but nonetheless quiet, about 300 m from the beach. The historic city centre is nearby. There are shops and a number of bars, pubs and restaurants in the area.

    Top hotel.👌 Impeccable cleanliness 👌 The staff is very attentive to the guests. Very large selection at the restaurant; there is something for everyone, and it is varied. Perhaps a little more hot vegetables, but otherwise really very good. We spent one week there, and we did not want to leave. We have stayed there twice in May. The hotel has a magnificent spa, with hydrotherapy, hot tub... all for a very affordable price. A picnic was planned for the day of departure. The staff speaks several languages.     Not 4 star 2 star at a push and the all inclusive is a joke with lots of things you still have to pay for

    Our second visit to this hotel which is in a good locationComfortable rooms and communal areas although our room was missed for cleaning one day and only one change of sheets in 10 days. There is no kettle or fridge in the rooms and the hairdryer is useless. I would suggest that the floor under beds could do with more regular cleaningHowever, the food was great and staff in restaurant are amazing. Special thanks to Claudia & Ana who were so helpful making sure I was able to have gluten free food, even making meals specially when nothing suitable was on the buffet.Staff at reception were friendly, helpful and spoke perfect EnglishWe did not use the pools of roof terrace because of the weather but they appeared to be clean and well maintainedAll in all, a good value hotel

    Hotel has decent size pool, roof top bar and pool was closed which is why we booked this hotel, food was Good for breakfast but dinner and tea wasn’t very good. Catered more for other nationalities than the English. Drinks was poor too, the coke was cheap coke and it was always flat or warm. The Barman was always miserable not one smile all week, entertainment was none existent unfortunately.
