Love the hotel, love the staff and love the cocktails

Really nice hotel, amazingly friendly staff and the cocktails are so so good! Jose at the bar was really friendly and makes the best cocktails! The food is really nice, plenty of choices and something for everyone! Did I mention the cocktails? So so so good!

We. Came to this place that is is not fit for a dog in October last year the food was rank the walls in room are so thin we heard the neighbours have sex all night the people above us were

A terrible experience from start to finish

This hotel feels like it hasn’t been touched since the 1970s. The room was missing basic amenities (no kettle, iron, or even a trash bin), and the bathroom was in disrepair with missing equipment and no plug for the bath.The sleeping situation was a nightmare: the beds were squeaky folding frames, and instead of a proper duvet, there was just a curtain-like sheet and some old, unhygienic-looking blankets in the closet. It was extremely cold as the heating was broken. Noise levels were unbearable; there were many teenagers there for sports events, and because the walls are paper-thin, you hear everything. No Smart TV, no pool towels, and the food was poor quality. Truly the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had.

This place is terrible!!!!! Do not stay here , the WiFi doesn’t work , the bathroom had stains and the food is terrible 1 star
