    Comfortable stay for two

    Nice comfortable stay for 6 nights for two: spacious room, modern appliances, daily room service, quiet, good breakfast, only a few hundred meters from the sea! We also used their parking space - it turned out to be very convenient. Overall, we had a very nice experience there!

    It’s our first day at this hotel and we already regretting that we choose it for our vacation. I choose it because I have read so many good reviews about the place. But everything went wrong from the first touch which was reception. The lady wasn’t welcomed at all. I love Spain and Spanish people a lot, they are all so kind and always energetic and helpful. But here we felt unwelcome like we have entered that lady house and she didn’t want us to stay here. After that we find out that we got a room with a view over the taxi pick up point, with dirty floor, dust over the shelf’s, fungus inside of the shower, only one garbage bin which not even opening, hairdryer which is working 2 min and after switching off, flys and spiders in each corner of the room.     Sad to be leaving this wonderful Hotel, it's so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing...caters for all tastes. The hotel location is perfect....just in the center of this lovely resort. This hotel should be 4 star...we will be back.

    The second time I have spent a break at this hotel and can fully lrecommend, very confortable and very clean, and quiet rooms ours was a confort room.The hotel staff very friendly and the breakfast room well run under the circumstances of Covid, well done the ladies behind the service tables, sorry to find that there was no service for dinner but hope to return next year when things might be normal, reception very helpful over all a great four days with you, see you next year CAP RECEPCIO, Ventas at Hotel Spa La Terrassa, responded to this review Thank you for your kind review.     Nice hotel in the centre of the town

    I visited the hotel with my family for two nights, and we enjoyed our stay there. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, and the location was right in the centre of the town with an optional parking for only 5 euros per day, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We used the spa as well which was relaxing, although the steam room was too hot when the door was left closed. My wife and I got massages too which was very nice!All in all a nice hotel to go for a getaway as a family or as a couple.
