    Poor customer service

    rating12 Mar 2026

Following an error on THEIR WEBSITE, that allowed me to reserved a room at an incorrect price I was contacted by the reservation team. I was told that it was impossible they made the mistake (I have video proof of their web store showing me incorrect pricing) and that I clearly made the mistake. No one has offered me any sort of apology or any empathy. I was simply blamed for the error and told they will not honor the price. When I spoke to someone else, I was told that according to their terms and conditions they can cancel any reservation. I explained again I made the reservation legitimately and clearly there’s an issue with their website. I was informed that they will proceed to cancel my reservation. Again no apology no trying to find a solution simple “you did something wrong, we won’t honor the price and now we will cancel the reservation” very disappointed with this customer service, this was supposed to be for my best friends 40th birthday. Frankly I expect more from Hilton.

    Fabulous stay!

    rating08 Feb 2026

An amazing hotel/staff upon arrival to celebrate my partner's 70th bday. We were upgraded to a king suite with a lakeview at no extra fee plus they had a lovely bday gift inside our room for him, which consisted of a Hilton toque and fannie pack. The room was spotless, quiet and excellent location! The large soaker tub was a bonus! Breakfast at the Arome, downstairs in the hotel, was amazing as well and included with our stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

    Fun but not cheap

    rating07 Feb 2026

This is a pretty cool hotel, but as you will likely guess, it's expensive. As much as we enjoyed our stay, and we did, it was definitely overpriced. As are the restaurants in the hotel. Now that might sound negative, but it's not meant to be. It's realistic. But for a fun getaway, if you can afford it, it could be worth it. It. Especially if you get a package that includes tickets to a show, breakfast or dinner, and maybe even some chips to play at the casino. If you like that sort of thing, and you can find a good package, it could be worth it. The pool is pretty amazing though. The indoor one is not very deep so it's great for young families. The outdoor one is heated to a very warm temperature and makes for an amazing experience in the winter. We very much enjoyed swimming out there with the steam rising off the pools surface in minus 20° temperatures. It was awesome. So, just know what you're getting into. It doesn't offer a lot of value, but it's a pretty fun getaway if you can afford it... And that's why it gets a four-star with you from me. If it was $100 last night, it would have gotten that fifth star.

Arome, the restaurant hilton lac leamy

    rating27 Oct 2025

Presented myself with no reservation. At the doorstep of the resto, the welcoming party was no where to be found for a few minutes; then pass-by a waiter and attracted the Maitre-D who was very accommodating and the place was full packed and found me a table within 5-7 mins. Very noisy at this time, maybe a 8:30 reservation would have been better. The Maitre-D was very attentive and helping his staff, which staff was very efficient. Food: entree was a caesar salad, very good to excellent portion, taste very good to excellent, no anchovies no capers (that is fine, every one has its variations) the only downside was a little bit dry, thus 8/10; main course a nice andante fresh paste, tasty generous, with mid-size 4 shrimps & 4 scallops, the only issue was that the see food was lukewarm like pre-cooked and added to the plate. The only resto in the Hilton, next to the casino, the ''food offering" is rather limited for this location.

    Avoid rooms ending in « 10 »!

    rating11 Oct 2025

Although our room is quite nice, we are sharing a wall with the elevator shaft. All we hear is the rolling and the beeping. It does not quality as white noise. We are here for 2 nights and I highly advise that you be sure to request another room. High notes, we are on the 7th floor with a partial view of the Lake. The outdoor pool is still opened in October! The bathroom is large enough and there is a make up area in the small hallway. Bed was very comfy. Low notes, barman was a bit slow and didn’t offer to give us our bill or reciept. The guy at the table next to ours was vaping and no one wanted him to stop.
