    Plus: free, secure and private parking. Building less than 200 m. from the beach. Staff speaking a little French and nice 50%.The least:- no lift and therefore totally inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.- breakfast at 10 € without any hot dishes. Except for drinks, of course.- no French TV, except 3 channels of the M6 group.- no air conditioning in the small room 311, but a ceiling fan whose noise reminds you that it works well.- Inefficient Wi-Fi (no connection).- Mandatory cleaning whether you like it or not. The housekeeper intervened at 4:00 while I was in the shower.-No lunch or dinner.-Obligation to leave the key when leaving and if you come home and the receptionist has a discussion with a client, well, we have to wait for my guy, we have to wait until he's done.At €159 a night without breakfast, even the week of August 15, I expected more.     Hotel quite well located, close to the beach, but it is a very vulgar hotel, very old-fashioned furniture, correct toilet, correct bed, very normal treatment and high price for what is.     The owner of the hotel is RACIST and HOMOPHOBIC. After requesting a double bed, as stated on my reservation, he insulted me and my partner with three hurtful words that TripAdvisor won't let me quote directly (this is the third time I try to publish this review). Additionally the room they gave us smelled like an ashtray, but fortunately we were able to get our money back. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Needless to say, it was a terrible experience.
