    A gem in a lovely resort in Calella, this hotel has exceeded my expectations by a long way.I am here now for a week and it’s a really good hotel and restaurant. I haven’t been to Spain for 50years so wasn’t sure what to expect but I am so very happy that I did pick this hotel in this resort as everything is excellent.Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Barbara in reception ,a lovely lady Restaurant is first class and plenty of excellent food both breakfast and evening dining Hotel is very clean and designed perfectly to give a great and relaxing atmosphere with all that goes with a first class hotel I like it so much planning to return in August for 2weeks I have travelled all over the world and now this is my go to place Highly recommend Neptuno Hotel, Atención al cliente/recepción at Neptuno Hotel & Spa, responded to this review Dear guest,Reading your review truly means a lot to us.We’re honoured to have exceeded your expectations, especially after so many years without visiting Spain.     An enjoyable family stay

    We've just returned from 4 nights at Neptuno apartments, would really recommend it. Shared a one-bed apartment for the 4 of us. Really clean and well stocked apartment and hotel had 3 lovely pools, although too cold to swim in this time of year. We enjoyed an hour spa session, very relaxing. Live jazz music on Saturday evening. Really helpful staff, especially Pep, Barbara and Andrea. Pep helped us sort out electric bike hire from the hotel, just $10 per bike for the day. Neptuno is in a great location in Calella, close to so many nice bakeries, ships, restaurants, pretty square bear church and beachfront in less than 10 mins walk. We took train to Barcelona for daytrip, takes 1 hr ea h way and we're given free tickets as an April offer! Can't fault this place. We'll be back.     We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality service. All the staff including Barbara, Sonny and Iris, were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. All the restaurant staff were excellent . We had a standard double room with balcony. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. We stayed half board and the food was excellent, lots of variety and good quality. The location was also excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. On top of that, the facilities were well-maintained, and everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.Overall, it was a great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.     This has been my second stay here visiting a friend in Calella and the only place i would stay here! Lovely hotel, very clean and bright and clean.
