    A most enjoyable stay at the Rosamar Maritim Hotel which was very clean throughout.Our room on the 6th floor had lovely sea views and a south facing balcony. We had half board with a big choice of food and the staff were very efficient. Would definitelystay at this hotel if we come to this area again.     me and my wife was booked in for a weeks holiday,the room was that of a 2 star bathroom well need i say more ,food was 2 star ,we only had 1 meal and vowed not to eat there again and went to local cafes which where great,staff was ok ,then after 3 night we decided to move hotel and the one we went to was absolutly brilliant should of gone there in the first place Rosamar Hotels, Other at Rosamar Maritim, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for sharing your experience.     Highly recommended hotelWe had a very pleasant stayThe staff were very friendly and attentive, the location of the hotel is unbeatable, it is in front of the beach and you can walk there without any problem.     Marvellous Maritim Hotel

    Absolutely brillant hotel,the staff are fabulous and so friendly especially Marta.we upgraded to a Seaview room and it was worth every penny ,the view was fabulous and the room itself was more like an apartment with a separate bedroom and loads of space.food was very good and the girls in the pool bar were lovely ..the pool is a great height for my little boy who uses a wheelchair and he could walk up and down it on his own and theres a we seat in the pool to rest..he absolutely loved playing in the pool and he did amazing in it .I absolutely love this hotel and definitely will come back. Thanks again to Marta and her beautiful smile and friendly personality , fabulous hotel so sad to be leaving .     The rudest service and most incompetent staff members I have ever encountered in my life.My family and I booked the hotel room for 6 nights. My sister booked another hotel nearby due to belated arrival. Nonetheless, she was not allowed to visit us during the day on the premises of our hotel and have lunch with us. Up to the 5th day of our stay the stuff members were not only disrespectful but rude towards us and our situation.Furthermore, the cleaning service is absolutely terrible and incompetent. We kindly asked a cleaning lady to change our bed sheets for the first time on the 5th day of our stay. She instead refused to do it and shouted at us in Spanish and I am assuming due to ‘extra’ inconvenience for her to do her job that we paid for.In the buffet, the staff is arrogant and abrupt. I was accidentally in the way of one of the waitress and she nudged me to the side without apologizing ( unfortunately it didn’t happen only once.) Moreover, as the waitress wanted to take away my plate with still not finished food I tried to kindly tell her that I am still eating and in response she rolled her eyes at me.One of the so-called ‘pros’ of this hotel is the sea view and its location which is close to the beach. However, between the hotel and beach there is a massive parking lot which completely ruins the view. Therefore, not even the view outweighs the horrid cons of the hotel.This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I wish I was exaggerating this experience but that’s exactly what happened during these 5 days. Family trip turned into a stressful vacation due to disrespectful behavior and revolting attitude from the staff members that we clearly overpaid for.Shame on the Hotel Rosamar Maritim!Dear readers, please adhere to what I am writing and ease your holidays by not going to this hotel. This policy is in place to ensure the security and comfort of all our visitors and applies equally to everyone. Anyway, we made an exception with you and with your daughter. Regarding the incident with housekeeping, we would like to point out that at no time was the service denied. However, the manner in which you addressed our staff — including raising your voice at cleaning personnel performing their duties — was inappropriate and unacceptable. Our staff deserve to be treated with the same respect we offer to our guests. As for your experience in the buffet restaurant, we are sorry to hear you felt mistreated. We take your feedback seriously and will reinforce service training to ensure our team consistently upholds the level of courtesy we aim to deliver.
