  The hotel made a great base for myself and a few friends celebrating a birthday. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and the pool area were clean as were the rooms. Although it was central to clubs, bars, beach and shops, it wasn't particularly noisy. I would definitely go to this hotel again.

  We stayed at the hotel with a group. The experience was highly unpleasant. There was a group of students from Croatia at the hotel who were extremely loud every evening. The threats from the hotel managent didn't seem to work. Their teachers didn't even try to calm them down. Why doesn't the hotel have one or two security guard to handle such guests? We even saw one od them being dragged out of the lift unconscious.Most of the food was tasteless. There were no signs next to the dishes. It was difficult to choose if you didn't know what it was. One of our group members had a dietary requirement. The hotel was notified prior to our arrival. They didn't seem to care. The allergens were not marked next to the dishes at the buffet.

  Just because of the great, sincere reception at this hotel, I can rate this hotel as average. Everything else was much worse. It seems that the hotel owners manipulate the good location of the hotel - just three minutes to the sea and the main nightclubs. The hotel requires a full renovation as both common areas and rooms are in very poor condition. Beds are very awkward. It's hard to imagine how a couple of older elderly forms could rest in such a 140 cm wide bed ? Noise all the night, as the fun in the twn main street takes place from 22 o'clock to 6 o'clock in the morning. It became clear completely, because the residents of the room receive only one key card. It does not matter whether the room is single or quadruple. Understandably, those returning from the fun at night or early in the morning have to knock the roam door, raising the noise. This is a big problem. In the bathroom the toilet lid was broken. There was no extra daily soap, shower gel, shampoo.The food is uniform and cheap enough, often from frozen (fish) or canned products. It seems that many dishes are produced elsewhere. There was no soup. I did not understand, was not it possible to serve a cold spanish soup Gaspacho? Also, breakfast was missing a baked egg and fresh vegetables. We presented three people with a teenage daughter. We would not like to stay in a similar conditions hotel in the future. It is suitable only for young people who care about the fun, but not the comfort of the hotel.

  The Hotel is located near the party location and the Beach. The Rooms are dirty and the air conditioner is not that good which causes a lot of sweaty nights. The all inclusive package is just a joke. You can Drink as much as you want but have to use a dirty cup they give you. Food is alright but not diverse and not recommended for vegans. Beside the main meal times you are only able to eat some cheap toasts witch cheese and cheap bacon. Outrageous for a 3-star hotel. The Pool is filled with salt water and there are cables sticking out walls of the pool. The chef acted weird when requested another room and refused to change them because „all rooms were Booked“ bull...! I can not recommend this Hotel for people that want to relax because of the youth that makes party every night.

  Most amazing, friendly and honest staff ever !!!

  Not so bad hotel. Clean, but beds could be more comfortable. Food was good. I should say it is only for Youth not for families. There were some very noisy and rude young Germans at the time we had been there so we can not sleep almost every night.But the most popular and best of the bests were dear Manolo, One of the kind. Manolo, Manolo, Manolo, everybody likes you !!!
