    Just returned from this little gem of a hotel Very friendly welcome fro the reception team, they could not have been more friendly or helpful.My room was well appointed very very clean and comfortable, unfortunately I was at the back of the hotel so there was no view and it was shaded so did not get any sun. Apart from that everything was lovely.The housekeeping team were very good and they kept all areas beautifully clean they were also very quiet.The restaurant team were also wonderful very friendly and kept everywhere beautifully clean. The food was very varied and plentiful and was kept lovely and warm .The C pool area was nice and clean and despite reading somewhere that it was shady I found it to be lovely and brightAll in all this is a lovely hotel ideally situated for the beach and town centre.Thank you to all the team for making my weeks stay lovely and relaxing.

    Excellent hotel absolutely pristine. Rooms are immaculate. Beds are so comfortable and pillows nice and fluffy. The bathroom is amazing, all in all this has to be the best place I have ever stayed at in lloret. Will definitely be returning

    The Hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. A 1 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the centre of lloret -there is a bus stop just around the corner, where you can catch a local circular bus which takes you also to the bus station for 2.5 euros. The buses are a good way of visiting other places e.g Blanes which has a really nice harbour.Air con didn't appear to be working, and although we asked at reception and they said that someone would look at it, it still didn't work, so had to leave the balcony door open at night.We took a a travel kettle as there isn't one in the room.There are supermarkets within a 2 minute walk.No Balcony lights - so if like myself you want to sit on the balcony and read , it's not possible as day light fades.The staff are very friendly and mostly helpful.Food was sufficient in quantity, quality and variation.Housekeeping is exceptional .

    We have just spent a week here as a couple, the hotel is clean, fresh, modern and perfectly located at the quieter end of Lloret, perfect for relaxing! Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach! Staff are all friendly and polite. We stayed half board and the variety of food at breakfast and evening meal times was amazing. All very tasty and plenty of choice all week! The rooms were clean and fresh and we had a large sized balcony over looking the pool which was nice. Pool area was kept clean and tidy and there always seemed to be enough sun loungers for people that wanted them. Plenty of other comfy seating outside too including sofas on a lovely terraced area upstairs. The hotel bar was well priced and had a good choice of drinks and snacks.Thoroughly enjoyed our break here, we will be returning!! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay relaxing.

    Great experience with this hotel. Lobby and rooms are very clean, looking freshly renovated and modern. Daily housekeeping and clean towels.Laura at the front desk was very friendly and professional, fluent in many languages. Franco was so helpful, recommended to us a couple of excellent authentic restaurants nearby.Breakfast buffet was great, many choices for every taste. Never short on anything, food was replenished until the last minute.Location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Still secluded from the busiest streets, crowds and noise of Lloret. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels over the years but I was very impressed with this 4 star little gem in Lloret.Thank you all very much for another great vacation in Spain!
