This well-managed hotel is located near the sandy beach and centre of Tossa de Mar.

Guests have a choice of 96 non-smoking rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.     Location! Location! We had a wonderful stay in Tossa de Mar! The hotel exceeded our expectations — the service was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the administration was very professional. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the beautiful old town. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well managed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tossa de Mar!

    I am deeply disappointed by the experience at this hotel. Not only did we find an unacceptable amount of dust everywhere in the room, but the television was not working, making it impossible to even enjoy a moment of relaxation. Additionally, the issue with intermittent hot water was extremely bothersome, especially during showers.Also, there was a non-functioning safe in the room that cost €2 per day, and the lack of furniture to store our clothes was inconvenient.But the biggest problem was the food. The dinner was of such low quality that we were dismayed. Poor ingredients, poorly cooked, and presented in an unappetizing manner. We certainly didn't expect a gourmet feast, but we did expect at least some care in preparing the meals. Additionally, we noticed that the sheets and pillows were constantly dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of any level. The lack of cleanliness of the sheets made our night's rest practically impossible and further increased our disappointment. I strongly advise against this "4-star" hotel.

    Not even 1 stars, they charge for for Beach Towel , not for deposit $ 2.00 a day , for safe they charge 5 euro per day. Small room with the room key for turn on electricity. Hotel cross from this hotel it is a lot larger and nicer and they said 2 stars, but this hotel they put 4 stars on the wall outside. dead bugs inside ceiling light. They nickel and daime you for various items that are free in other hotels. Not worth the money you pay. The hotel Cross they wake you up early in the morning with exercise with loud club music. But that hotel is a lot nicer than this hotel it shows two stars. The curtain does not close completely and the sun in the morning wakes you up. When taking shower the water gets very hot and cold all day he time.

    If you go by car you will either have to pay 20 euros per day in a car park or search for street parking which is difficult and also expensive.Having said that the hotel is OK but I would say more 3 star than 4. The rooms are comfortable and clean . Our room overlooked a carpark but there are rooms with a pool view.We got a very reasonable price for full board . I think they are able to keep prices low by employing very few staff , only 2 men in the dining room which can get very busy. The same 2 men for breakfast , lunch and dinner.They certainly do their best but there can be long queues at the buffet style service.The location is good as it's a short walk to the beach , the shops and the castle.
