  Building site nightmare 7am-10pm avoid

  We arrived late and were greeted by a young boy who was more interested in his phone than dealing with us , he gave us the key and pointed to the accommodation, the fridge sounded like a petrol generator and had to be unplugged every night for us to sleep when I mentioned it he said its normal. 7am the first morning we were awoken by a JCB digging 1 meter behind out room on looking out of the window we could see that there was a building site directly behind us, the noise was 7am -10pm every day . If your staying in rooms 101-110 these are directly affected. The dust was unbearable no curtains in the room so as soon as the sun came up sleeping was impossible no tui representative at the resort so we just had to put up with it . We would like to clarify a few points and address your concerns.It is correct that construction work is currently taking place on a neighbouring property. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, the heavy dust and noise you are referring to were limited to a period of a couple of days only, not the entire stay. Had this been raised with our reception during your stay, we would of course have immediately offered to move you to a different room onto the other side of the resort. All our rooms are equipped with curtains, and this is the first time we have received feedback regarding excessive noise from the refrigerator. Nevertheless, the issue was taken seriously and has since been resolved.Regarding the stated cost of the holiday, we would like to clarify that the accommodation cost for a 9-night stay at our resort amounts to approximately £500. The figure of £3,300 appears to include flights and other travel components, which are not part of our accommodation charges.We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate your comments, which help us improve our services.Kind regardsThe Palm Garden Resort Phuket Team

  We spend one week at Palm Garden Ressort while doing our SSI Open Water Diver Certificate with the Sea Bees Diving Phuket.The 3m deep pool is used for the training, but offers also everything to make the stay relaxing and playful while not on the boat or in the ocean.The Pancakes are highly recommended by my daughter and me for breakfast.

  A Perfect Stay at Palm Garden Resort

  Our stay at Palm Garden Resort was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with a fully renovated bathroom, air conditioning, fan, safe, TV, and in-room coffee & tea service. I especially loved the private terrace with seating and a hammock—ideal for relaxing with a book or coffee.The large pool with sun loungers was a dream, and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. The restaurant served great food all day, and the resort’s location next to Sea Bees Diving school was perfect for divers.Highly recommend this hidden gem !

  Retreat-like experience

  The Palm Garden was a wonderful experience in a secluded enclave off the main highway about a 10-15 minute walk from the pier and a row of restaurants and shops. The food at the resort was excellent and the service was top-notch. There is nice roomy swimming pool with a deep hole at the deep end for resort dive training. The area as a whole is not especially interesting unless you have a car but it's an excellent retreat location for R&R.

  Hidden gem with beautiful atmosphere

  Beautiful little resort nestled in Chalong away from all the busy places, but enough nearby. Gorgeous tropical grounds, recently renovated rooms with all you need. Excellent staff who are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend this beautiful hidden gem!
