    From the time I checked in to the time I left it was a very easy hotel stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner for your hair and soap, shampoo and lotion for your hands. It has an iron it has a microwave. It has an iron it , has a microwave. It has a refrigerator freezer combination. The freshest smelling sheets and blankets with very fluffy pillows. The breakfast in the morning is a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffles and then a combination of cereal if you wanted it. The supper at night is from a local caterer. Great hotel, great staff.     Great stay, great staff

    The staff was very friendly and extremely professional. They were always in a great mood. Breakfast was awesome. There are plenty of restaurants close by. You are literally five minutes away from all the casinos in Lake Charles and thirty five minutes away from Coushatta Casino as well.     Location was very good . Shopping area close by. Casinos was 12 minutes away. Customer services was great. Breakfast was good many choices to choose from. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom was great. Bath products in bathroom was really nice. I will stay there again real soon.     One of THE BEST BW I've stayed at. Couldn't find anything wrong here and I tried. Slept good. Pillows sleep cool and have 5 on a king bed. Bed was medium firm and comfortable. VERY clean property and everthing WORKS.Front desk staff was polite and knew their job well. They have coffee available 24/7. They have a spotless pool. Parking is good. Real close to I-10, but zero traffic noise. Inside. Even have a real nice smoker's bench outside . This will be my hotel when I come to the LC area from now on.     The hotel appeared very clean and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. That said, there are environmental issues. The hotel is dank and musty, so as is the case in many old hotels in damp regions, they try to cover up the moldy, musty, odors through overuse of air fresheners. I couldn't stay in the room nor in the lobby without choking. There were fleas in my bed but I didn't mention it. The room smelled of bug spray so I assumed they were aware. I did change rooms due to the odor of mold and mildew. The second room was slightly better.
