  Nice getaway with gorgeous views

  The facilities are awesome. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The service depends greatly of who you are dealing with. Some employees need a little of an attitude adjustment. I am sure that it becomes tiresome to keepRepeating the same to the guest questions, however that’s what none stop tourism is.The meals were ok. Just ok. We did media pension which had us eating a meal outside the hotel and we ate much better. The breakfast was the same items daily so in along stay it may be boring. Location is amazing but a bit far from the old town. It is walkable but just be aware.We had a front sea view room and were ableTo sleep with the balcony doors open and listening to the waves.Overall it was fantastic and we would return off season.   Clean near the beach, great service and confortable.

  The hotel is very near the beach, walking no more than 3-5 minutes, the hotel has a lot amenities and on my trip enjoyed the swiming pool with my kid. I was not on the Saturday night party seems that the enviorment was great inside the hotel. Next time I will try it again.   Was quite disappointed- rooms are clean - but furniture is of the poorest quality including cheap plastic chairs on balcony. If you select a room with a view then you will not sleep until music stops around midnight 😴- set times for meals is ridiculous staff at reception were wonderful and very friendly. However English was not spoken - all leaflets provided by hotel with useful information were in Spanish only. Food offerings were of very low quality. Felt very 1960’s package holiday. Would not recommend at all.   Overcrowded, noisy & poor breakfast

  We took a room with view to the sea, the room was as advertised in the pictures. Cleaning service was good. The hotel and facilities were overcrowded: number of lifts insufficient for the amount of people intending to use them (6 lifts for approximately 1200 guests), pool was overcrowded, breakfast low quality (coffee is undrinkable, worst coffee I ever had in Spain, juices so artificial my son drank an apple juice in Mac Donald’s and immediately commented it was better than juice at the hotel… most of the food felt greasy and the cold cuts were of cheap quality…). If you want to have a room with a view be ready to stay up until midnight everyday. The night spectacle is blasting every evening and does not lower the volume between 22:00 and 24:00, the music is not as bad as when the entertainer grabs the microphone… but I really wonder at how many decibels is the allowed limit and how many decibels is the the actual performance takin place at. Overall poorly ran.   We had requested a baby cot before we arrived only to be told this is only a request and that if we wanted one we had to pay an extra 8 euros per night if we wanted one. Why was this not mentioned on booking.com when we made the request that there be a extra charge not a great first impression for us when we arrived. Staff was helpful but I would suggest maybe for your international guests to have some information on the desk in English. I could see that there was some kind of bus service from hotel but it was all in Spanish so we ended up getting taxi into town everytime we wanted to go which was 13 euros. The guys in the bar was very helpful especially when we needed to heat up the milk for the baby.
