  What a lousy hotel. Here is a summary:Room ventilation - noOutdoor pool open in October - noIndoor pool can be used without a cap (no prior notice given) - noBeach or pool towels provided - noDecent quality food - noBuffet food recycled - yes!Functioning fridge in room - noFriendly customer service after being in transit for 30+ hours - noRoom for suitcases - noBathroom door stays open - noOverall mouldy smell - yes!!This hotel is stingy and yuck. Steer clear and stay somewhere else. Manager Hoteles Intur, Owner at Intelier Orange, responded to this review We are sorry if the hotel did not meet your expectations.   AC barely works. Beds uncomfortable. Ants in room. Unsupervised camp kids running around even at night. It was loud and chaotic. Food was not good. Location for beach is great.   This hotel is quite nice BUT it lacks common sense .i stayed here in August 24 for the Rottotom festival .The hotel is clean and looks like an up scale student apartment . Suitable for requirements . Reception staff are not that friendly except Alexa. Thank you Alexa… your warm smile and caring personality is priceless ..I checked in late But reception allowed me to have a meal .. I. Really appreciated this after travelling for nearly 16 hours . Thank youCons To many Pork dishes .. not ideal for non perk eaters Not all food labelled - especially pork opt - thus I’d really unacceptably…Language barrier - excessive Some staff are unfriendly and quite harsh in there response (may be cultural ) none accommodating.No water in room on arrival - most hotels have this. ( 4star) Breakfast option limited for for Non meat eatersNo toilet brush ?? Rooms a little small but tolerable .Walking shower ( only half screen so subject to the excessive wetness - careful not to slipNo irons in room - reception one is equivalent to a travel iron and tiny board - only 1 hour at a time …Dinner is served far to late 8:30 pm This is ridiculous but perhaps strategic … I missed the bus on several occasion to the festival .. last bus 9pm .. so you either eat quickly or miss the service you’ve paid for !!! Not good ..Please review this before Rottotom 2025!!!1 day I missed breakfast .. stupidly I thought I could have lunch and dinner instead … To my surprise , I was turned away for dinner !!!… I was so embarrassed and hungry due to this … This is awful … I payed for 2 meals half board .Also during festival periods, it would be fantastic if the hotel provided a transfer service …Tourist are bringing streams of income into the economy during this period !!Pro’sVisually nice hotel - reception are clean , fresh smell of lemons, .Good location Near beach (mins )Supermarket across rd - very convenient However bar area smells ..AC?Clean hotel Entertainment - entertainment team friendly and interacting with usHowever please play some music around pool to create a fun and less boring atmosphere .Beach in walkin distance The strip is nice in the evening There’s a bus stop to the festival in walking distance Manager Hoteles Intur, Owner at Intelier Orange, responded to this review Thank you for staying with us and for your detailed review with suggestions. Some of the issues you mentioned may be difficult to change (i.e. the timetables for dinner, in the Spanish Summer very few people would have dinner before 8:30 pm), or not possible since is not something that depends on us (i.e. the transfers and taxi service) but we will consider some of your suggestions, such as the wider vegetarian offer during the festival days, and other that you mentioned.   Stayed at the hotel for a festival. Booked a room with 3 beds, only received a room with 2 beds. Raised this issue with the hotel who were unhelpful and blamed he error on Booking.com rather than sorting the issue. Leaving me sharing a single bed for a week with a child. Also reception were unhelpful with regard to ordering taxis ie. Not willing to talk to the taxi firms they Reccomended to help bridge the language barrier. If you stayed in a room with 2 beds is because you did not book a room with 3; we are not questioning if you or Booking did a mistake, but there are certain periods like in August, when the availability of certain type of rooms is limited. If there was a mistake that was not our responsibility, and we could not offer an alternative or solution, we consider unfair your reasoning and complaint. The same applies to the taxis since this is a service that doesn't depend on the hotel and in periods of Festivals and very high demand, can be very difficult to get one. Kind regards,

  WOW! Where do I start? This hotel, this hotel is just something special, amazing views, amazing pool, balcony, nice staff, great location and it looks amazing inside; one concern, food. The food was not pleasant, rather un enjoyable but the experience was easily restored by every other factor. Also a lot of old people which was chill.
