  Not easy to get in - I hadn't understood the hotel is part of n office & entertainment complex, but once I reached reception all was well and the very helpful staff gave me good instructions to find the car park. Room was large, well furnished, stylish in a vey modern way and comfortable with an excellent bed & bedding. Blackout was good as was the shower (though the hot water wasn't much more than warm on the second morning). Wi-fi was fast and reliable, everything one needs... One thing to note for those who are bothered (I'm not): the hotel description says there is a minibar; there isn't - it's just an empty fridge. As noted by other reviewers, breakfast is quite dear, but there's a reasonable selection of decent quality food & drink.   Pleasant and friendly staff, big clean rooms.Great location for food, shopping, museums etc nearby walking distance.Breakfast a bit expensive but the food and selection was good.Perfect for our business stay for two nights.Would stay again.   I stayed here for 13 days. The prices were a little higher then what I expected, but then again it was holiday season & high occupancy. Good & Safe location. The rooms were Nice & Clean w a comfy bed . What stood out the most was the Excellent team they have here. Leslee, Janet, Natalie Jaqueline at front desk always greeted the guest w a warm smile and very helpful. Arturo & Raul at bell desk delivered outstanding customer service. Martha & Julio Dry Cleaning service were also Amazing. Kudos to the team.   Nice hotel!

  The place is nice and although located inside a business center is remarkably quiet. Rooms are clean and very spacious and the restaurant is pricey but goody. I know that Monterrey can get extremely hot, but having a better A/C inside the restaurant will be a nice touch. Same thing with the gym, located at the top of the 18-floor building and receiving the morning sun in full it gets extremely hot for exercising (32 centigrades at 8 AM!!) and can be dangerous for people not used to these extreme temperatures. other than that it was an enjoyable experience.
