Location

This hotel lies in an exclusive area, approximately 50 m from the beach. Directly by the Mediterranean, this hotel offers an ideal setting for a perfect holiday.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 74 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam, hydrotherapy treatments, thalassotherapy treatments and Ayurveda treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme (for a fee).

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    My friend and did the 5 night wellness package. It was amazing they prebooked all our treatments and gave us our schedule upon arrival at the clinic we were so glad to not have to arrange this. The treatments were fantastic I highly recommend the Kibido facial that we used our €30 voucher against and got a 10% discount too. The thalassio pool was a great temp and all the circuit worked well. The food is fantastic 4 courses great choices. Fresh OJ at breakfast All the staff are so friendly and helpful but a special mention to Anna and Alba on reception who helped me out with a room issue Alba was exemplary and they both help solved my problem so well. Elena Alex Patricio Luljo in the restaurant all so lovely and remembered what we liked. Had a fabulous relaxing rejuvenating time her me and will be backWhat I didn’t like The pillows on the bed are awful and gave me neck ache most nights. The elevators are loud and can be heard in the rooms closest I was in 414 and was moved to further away 416 but could still hear and the sunbeds are uncomfortable and need cushioning that’s it the only 3 things I could fault.     Amazing place, will definitely return. I went with a friend for a 6 night Detox break. What can I say…… The hotel? Gorgeous. The staff? Wonderful. The Food? Amazing, The facilities? Top notch. We expected a diet, but the food was incredible. We were never hungry. We were aware we were on a diet, but not to the extent that we were going without good, chef made, filling meals. We highly recommend. I have to stretch to find anything to say wasn’t 100%, anyone going should note that most staff and hotel guests only speak Spanish, this wasn’t a problem as we managed with a bit of google translate, but working out, the restaurant and having treatments were predominantly in Spanish. We seriously cannot wait to save up and go back.

    I booked in here for a 7 night weight loss & fitness package.The hotel is impeccably clean and set into a very pleasant garden area. I don't recognise the complaints about the rooms and grounds by others from some years back. The spa, medical, fitness, and restaurant staff are all friendly and professional. Very pleasant sauna/pool/hamman complex. Most staff speak serviceable English, and I had none of the communication problems that others complained of. The weight loss programme was very effective and exceeded my expectations.Resulta are achieved by a tight control of each participant's food type and portion size.I definitely plan to return in the future.

    Lovely hotel and friendly staff - food not good choice - spa looks fab but overpriced and my massage was not great and not worth £56 - they couldn’t understand and couldn’t explain the treatments either could do better and had to pay extra for indoor pool thought was a rip off - expensive drinks and food

    I can only assume that those who come to this area have low standards, I’d never give this place 4 stars. But the whole area of bencassim needs a jolly good tidy up and demolition of the 1970’s apartment blocks that long since saw better days.It’s very clean but basic and the rooms have wafer thin walls. The mattresses on the beds are the old spring type you’d find on a camp bed and there just is no reason for this any more. The restaurant serves good basic food but only one or two people speak English. No problem for me but would be if you rely on English. The rooms are close together and there is a lot of noise. Would I come back? No. Didn’t have time to use the spa but if I judge it by the kind of 1980’s style then I guess I’m not missing much.
