A huge thank you to Raquel, the front desk manager, who truly made our stay special. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care set the tone for the entire trip—she went above and beyond for our family, and it did not go unnoticed.The kids had the time of their lives thanks to Danny and Marta from the kids team. Their energy, kindness, and ability to keep the children engaged and happy all day long was incredible.
