Location

This hotel is located in a lively area about 1 km from the beach, right in the heart of Rota. From here, guests can easily explore the area, and there are many options for leisure activities nearby. There are shops and a number of bars, pubs and restaurants in the area.

Facility

200 non-smoking rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park (for a fee). Further services include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. A projector is available for guests' business needs. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

The pool complex, which includes 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. Fun on the waterslide and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and table football. A sauna, a hammam and massage treatments are included among the wellness options. For an additional fee, a spa is also available. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

The hotel includes a restaurant and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks.     The rooms and hotel in general were always impeccably clean. The nightlife was good. It's a good hotel for those traveling with children.Not apreciate that the water park is also open to guests outside the hotel. Even with hotel guests, it's very crowded during peak season, and with outside guests, it's overwhelming. The pools were always full, leaving no opportunity to comfortably enjoy them.The lady who made the chek-in was extremely rude and unprofessional; fortunately, she was the only one. The rest of the staff was very professional.The food, while not bad, isn't anything spectacular.     Be warned, the food is terrible at this hotel. Cold, frozen and precooked food. Allergies not catered to. Would not recommend. Entertainment is very basic. Only good for the water slides but totally overpriced. No English speaking staff.     A great hotel, with very friendly and professional staff. The facilities allow for a relaxed family stay, and cater for the whole family. However, the only room for improvement I can identify is that of the none existent gym equipment which needs updating.     The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool area is lovely and our room was just lovely. We stayed for work reasons but it felt more like a mini vacation .
