Location

This hotel is situated within the leisure district of Los Barrios at the heart of Gibraltar, 20 km from Tarifa. Links to the public transport network lie about 300 m away. Shopping facilities lies within 8 km, whilst restaurants (200 m) and nightclubs (3 km) are to be found in the immediate vicinity. The nearest ski area is around. 25 km from the hotel and there is a beach around 3 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 7 junior suites, 23 single rooms and 86 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

    Great stay, friendly staff!

    We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The value for money is excellent, and the entire staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back!

    The hotel has definitely lost its personality and it's charm. This was a nice, tranquile hotel with distinguished travellers. Now because of the all inclusive and "offers", the kind of travellers has obviously changed. If you are looking for a tranquile place to stay, this is not the place anymore. Needless to say that the food is very bad. Had to eat outside cause there are only 4 main dishes, where one tends to be white boiled rice. The personel is absolutely amazing. Other than that, not good anymore. It's a shame as this was a special place.     “ Still a Great Stay, But Missing Its Sparkle”

    This hotel has always felt like a home away from home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely welcomed.However, with the recent shift to an all-inclusive model, the hotel seems to be losing a bit of its original charm and sparkle. While it still offers many of the qualities I’ve always appreciated, some of the unique touches and personalized service appear to have diminished. I hope they find a balance that allows them to retain what made this place so special in the first place.     Been here a few times before but this time is the last.Service is absolutely appalling lift stung of dog yes might be dog friendly but reception bog of dog.Then the room is not worth the money the bath has a big crack init so you have a shower and the water runs out of the bath.     Gone to the dogs

    Don't waste your money, this used to be a great place to stay but has literally gone to the dogs. Hotel is full of dogs, the lifts smell the room supposed to be a superior garden room is dirty bath is broken. Staff don't care not interested in resolving complaints. Tried to get a coffee sachet for the room to be met with the rudest vile abuse from bar staff. Pass on by this place.
