  Good afternoon! I comment on what happened today. We booked 2 rooms and an apartment provided by the same company. We had an emergency operation and admission of the person who rented the apartment, being sister of one of the rooms of this hostel (Boutique La España in Rota) and daughter of the tenants of the other. Reports sent attesting what happened and refused to make a refund, keeping the full amount. I find it very bad taste that they consider that immediate family members want to have a holiday given the situation and do not take care of something that is urgent.   Please be careful when you book room in this hotel, and don’t wait for help if they don’t have available room for you, my situation: on 1 at night we was looking for the hotel. We was changed 2 rooms and the same situation, insects everywhere, on bad, on table and in my opinion the madam form this hotel was waiting from us to sleep there🤦🏻🤦🏻

  A cute wee hotel in a good spot but room no good for non-smokers

  This is a cute wee arty hotel -very creatively designed and a delight to see. I did have some issues though so hence the average review.I had booked through booking.com but received my confirmation from Bossh the day after I returned home! (5 days later). I had informed the hotel of my arrival but noone was there. There is no reception as such -you get given a code to enter. Luckily I was visiting my sister who does speak Spanish so she was able to sort this out for me.If not, I would have been stranded! It's good because it's the same code you use for front door and for your room so feels very secure.I didn't see anyone during my stay and it was very quiet.The balcony is small and there was an ashtray on the table and the room stank of smoke despite it saying it was a non-smoking room - it was quite horrible and seemed to intensify during the night. I did complain but apparently it's very hard to control. They do provide a kettle and tea-bags which was fantastic and a fridge but they don't provide you with clean cups every day -you have to wash them out yourself. Once your towels are done they just took them away and didn't replace -I had to ask for a clean towel when mine were done (after 2 days use). I only saw a hotel worker on Day 2 for the first time who was lovely. There is air-con. I stayed in Room 7 and my stay was fine -the room was lovely and I would return.
