Location

This city hotel is located just 600 m from the nearest beach and is the ideal starting point for those wishing to undertake trips to the many tourist attractions in the surrounding area including Ceuta, Tánger, Gibraltar, Ronda and Alcornocales nature park. There are many shopping venues, bars, restaurants and nightclubs to be found in the vicinity and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

Facility

3 junior suites, 6 single rooms and 70 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay.     I had my wedding at Hotel Alboran, Rebecca was so helpful and lovely to work with, we couldn’t have asked for a better staff and team to make our day so special. Emilio always making sure all guests were alright, front of house reception was so kind and helpful. It was worth every penny, DJ Alex was amazing and professional. Food is delicious and plenty of options. Me and my husband agrees it was our best day ever.     Nice hotel in Algeciras. Placed very near a round-about , so maybe not the best area for a hotel. But within reach of the city if you want to walk about 30 min. I used taxi. Very good meny in the restaurant with very tasty meals. Breakfast buffet not more than ok. I was on a business trip, so the tendency is to get a separate meny when on a work trip. This meny has much less to select from, so I normally choose the main menu. Very pleasant staff, both in the reception and in the restaurant. All in all a nice stay.     Pleasant stay at the Alboran

    We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. We stayed there couple of nights, using it as a launch point to visit Gibraltar and take the ferry to Morocco. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. All in all I thought it was good value for the price.     I had an absolutely amazing time at Alboran Algeciras. The rooms were spacious and spotless but less in interior décor which i would say you can try to improve. The meal buffet was delicious and restaurant was spacious and amazing with a huge variety of options. The pool was outstanding. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the interior of room and blanket and bedsheet were very thin and rough. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.
