Location

This hotel is located in a true paradise of relaxation, on the so-called Sahara Coast. It is unusual to encounter a hotel, in the splendid Andalucian architectural style, set so close to the beach. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel guests will find restaurants and the sandy beach. It is about a 20-minute walk to the nearest bars and some 30 min on foot to the closest links to the public transport network. Sevilla - San Pablo Airport is around 120 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1883. The hotel has a lift and features 40 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     I had an incredible experience during my stay! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made the visit memorable. The rooms were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, adding to the overall charm of the place.     Lovely place to stay!

    The best place we stayed in a long time. It was a stop for a night while going from Gibraltar to Cadiz and it could not be better. We even decided to stay for longer in the city. Room was vsry nice. We stayed in "the old building ", the historic one. It was lovely, romantic place. Breakfast were exceptionally good. Hotel allowed us to use their facilities after check-out. They have rooftop infinity pool, a few more pools, great bars with the best sangria in our lifes. Also, beaches here are sand!!!

    Great location, fairly priced. Service inconsistent, with some staff very friendly/helpful and some completely uninterested in working. Breakfast buffet cannot manage high occupancy. No towels provided for bidet. Bar/pool area with loud music makes it impossible for peaceful lounging or listening to one's own music. Water softener is on too strong and makes it difficult (wasteful) to rinse off soap.

    This hotel really is a little bit of tranquil paradise. It never feels too busy and has the most beautiful pool area surrounded by palm trees that you won’t want to leave. The relaxed bar is right next to this for drinks and food. The best rooms are the garden rooms that are literally steps from the pool from your private terrace. The amazing Zahara beach is only a short walk away. From the garden rooms you can hear the waves at night. The hotel is not walkable to the town so you will have to drive in but actually dinner at the hotel is great and relaxed if you can’t be bothered with parking/taxis. We booked to stay for one night and ended up staying for 3!

    we have been to this hotel several times, as a couple and with family, and every time we get the same exceptional service. On this occasion we arrived a day after the forest fires in the area had been extinguished, and as expected there was ash flying everywhere. However the staff were constantly cleaning (cleaning staff, waiters, maintenance people) and keeping the place as clean as possible whilst at the same time taking care of customers. A big thank you to all the staff who again made our family holidays so special.
