They're great.

I really like it. It has three bedrooms. We come 4 people but we fit 6. It has two large terraces, one with two hammocks. It has air in all single rooms and two bathrooms, one with shower. To put some glue on it, the single beds are small and if you are a little tall, your feet come off. The bathrooms smell bad (it looks like the pipes) and I don’t know why they don’t have curtains, it has a blind only and if you want to have it up, everyone sees you, but they are quite good. The properties that solmares real estate rental agency has to offer have a very good price (reserved via booking 3 monts earlier), as well as beach or isla canela marine views.The apartments are very good, with a well equiped kitchen, good rooms and a very wide and spectacular balcony.Special place to be with the family. The beach is beautiful and with plenty of space (25ºC water temperature in june 2014).Also:Private condoPrivate garageSwimming poolsExtremely quietand again great value for moneyi strongly recommend

Our apartment was a newly refurbished one in the non functioning Iberostar hotel. Very kind detail from the manager/owner of the Solmar real estate rental agency. We arrived late at night and had everything calmly explained and suggestions offered. Every room had a view to the beach which was just across the sidewalk, that by the way is a must for a daily stroll or workout and the two balconies had tables to eat a meal or just soak up the sun (and candles for the romantic). The former Iberostar is being reformed so if you go in the down season you might be bothered by hammering and so on but I´m sure everthing included the pools will be ready for silly season.Private garage is also a plus especially to keep the car in the cool shade. My only down comment is towards the huge difference in prices practiced depending on the time of year. I know everyone needs to make a buck but it really is a huge difference but great prices in spring and perfectly good beach weather.

Very good price and offer. A special place to be in a vacation with the family. The beach is beautiful and never full, even in plane summer. The apartments are near the beach, like 5 minutes walk. The apartments have space, and kitchen equipment, good rooms and a big terrace. We can see the beach from our apartment.
