    Great Winter Stop

    Very comfortable hotel. Absolutely perfect for a stopover whilst travelling through Spain. Our dog was made to feel very welcome. The ground floor room with courtyard was ideal for our situation. We appreciated the secure parking too.A comfortable, spacious room with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. So we had a very good night’s sleep. We will return.     A Disaster …

    This is my worst experience since many years for the following reasons: 1. When it rains in the days before your arrival the roads to the hotel are flooded with 30 cm water. Thus we had to park the car in an unsecured open parking lot, pick up our luggage and walk to the hotel. 2. Arriving in the hotel the man at the front desk informed us that our dog was not allowed for breakfast but accepted for dinner, which was not too bad for a “dog friendly hotel “3. When arriving in the restaurant for dinner we waited to be seated as instructed. After 5 minutes, being ignored by the team, we walked in. A young waitress with dark hair shouted at us to keep waiting, and ignored us for another 5 minutes at least. This was rude.4. Finally we were told that dogs are not allowed at any time in the restaurant because the Spanish law forbids it - which is false of course. 5. We had to have dinner in the entrance hall beside the front desk 6. And, nice surprise, the hotel has a cat. The food of the cat is 3 meters away from the place where dog’s owners have to eat. Thus you can be sure you will not have a peaceful dinner. Neither on the website nor on Booking is any information about the frequent flooding or the fact that dogs are forbidden from the restaurant at all time. But there are nice pictures of dogs in Booking misleading you about this dog unfriendly hotel. Agradecemos que detalle estos puntos, ya que nos permiten abordar los fallos internos de comunicación y servicio que menciona.Respecto al acceso, le pedimos disculpas por las molestias causadas por las lluvias intensas; aunque el drenaje de las vías públicas es ajeno al hotel, entendemos perfectamente la incomodidad de cargar con el equipaje bajo esas condiciones. En cuanto a la política de mascotas, lamentamos la confusión generada. Como bien indica, la ley española permite la entrada de perros en hostelería salvo en zonas de buffet lo que limita limita el acceso al salón principal por motivos de convivencia, habilitando una zona alternativa. Sentimos que la presencia de un gato en el hotel y la ubicación de las mesas no permitieran una cena tranquila para usted y su perro.

    Hotel is fab. Staff were friendly and efficient. Loved the super king bed!We were disappointed that the pool bar not open during the week.'Hot' buffet food was luke warm at best...unless you sat down at start of service, food went cold. There was 1 heat lamp to cover 6 turines, and no heating underneath the containers.No variety of food....the menu was the same for lunch and dinner, and also lasted the whole week.Sadly we left the hotel 3 days early as it was a very disappointing holiday.     Not a relaxing experience.

    We paid extra for a sea view, if we walked to the edge of the balcony and stood on tip toes looking to our left we could see the sea. The restaraunt was an eating area in the reception. The staff were not very helpful, the breakfast was cold, children ran around as you ate!!!!!

    Nice Hotel right on the beach , the Menu is very limited if you are gluten free , but the main downside on our visit was being awoken by shouting staff at 05.50AM that woke us all , not acceptable and has been reported to management, this ruined our stay
