Location

Located directly beside the sea, this beachside hotel lies in the tourist centre of Playa de Gandia, close to the centre of the town. Located close by are links to the public transport network as well as various bars and restaurants. It is 150 km to the nearest beach and there is a nightclub just 300 m away. Countless shops and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity (approximately 800 m away).

Facility

The hotel has 179 double rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features.     Hotel is lovely and clean, all staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The restaurant area is spacious and the waiters/waitresses are amazing. All of the staff at the snack bar on ground floor are amazing. Receptionists are helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely come again.     Super family holiday!

    We’ve just returned from a lovely stay in RH arena as a family of four with children aged 6 and 2. Overall we had a really positive experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.A special mention to Mady on reception, who was so lovely and welcoming and gave us such a great first impression at the start of our holiday. All of the bar and restaurant staff were brilliant throughout our stay — attentive, friendly and always happy to help. The kids club staff, entertainment team and lifeguard were also all fantastic with the children.The hotel itself is modern, very clean and the rooms were kept spotless. The food choices were varied every day with plenty of options, and even our fussy eaters always found something they enjoyed. The location was also great, really close to the town, beach and lovely for an evening walk.The only downside for us was that, as we travelled out of peak season, a lot of the activities, splash pool and kids club were only running at weekends. With two little ones, there were times during the week when they struggled a bit to keep busy. That said, we completely understand this is due to the quieter season and it wouldn’t put us off returning — we’d just likely visit during peak season next time when more activities are available daily.Thank you for a lovely family holiday!
