Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Race for the beds or miss out. Absolute joke

    So let me start by saying i love this hotel.I’ve been coming here for 18yrs The main problem this hotel has is that the standards have dropped Do back in the day or in cheaper hotels it’s like a rat run in mornings with people putting towels on loungers at stupid o clock so by the time the towel station opens a of the best areas are taken with the towels not returned the day before.So normal respectful people are left either little choice while the others leave claims on as many loungers as not and go for breakfast or out The hotel has this so wrong and I understand misery loves company but the amount of people is also increasing in this activity which will only worsen Personally I’ll pay an extra few pounds and go find a hotel that respects all its guests and dies not condone this very selfish behaviourWhat happened Amàre Poor staff with no higher level management are helpless Shame on you ATC Amare Marbella Beach Hotel, Guest Services / Front Office at Amare Beach Hotel Marbella, responded to this review Dear Nigel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and, above all, for your loyalty over the past 18 years.     3rd visit and just as good as the others!

    This was my 3rd visit to the hotel. Once with a friend and 2x with my partner. It’s as good as ever.We had room 620 which had a lovely side sea view and was very clean. Amazing bed and pillows. Couldn’t hear anything at night with the air con on. Hotel could maybe provide a couple more nespresso pods a day for the room - you get 2 normal and 2 decaf. Bathrobes and slippers and Molton brown toiletries in the room.We had better weather than last year so spent all our time at the pool. The hotel still has the 30 min towel rule, you can only leave your sunbed for 30 min (unless you are having lunch in their own restaurant, when you get longer). This is good because it stops the sun bed hoggers and I will continue to return because of this.     Poor ending to a good stay

    Overall the hotel was clean with good service and good facilities. The roof top bar and pool, beach facilities and service was excellentGreat location and good atmosphere but three of our party (including me) had money taken off of our credit cards after we paid our bill and checked out for exactly the same thing (champagne) but neither of us drink this. This or opened it from our rooms. (seems strange and worrying) that three from 5 got hit with the same charge.So overall a decent hotel but a worrying trend re charging for something that was never taken! Thus would stop us from returning.     The hotel is just amazing we couldn’t fault it all.

    Absolutely wonderful adults only hotel. We throughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff are all so polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well presented. We were on the 6th floor and had a lovely sea view. The pool area was lovely with double day beds it did get busy at times. The towels are great and covered the whole bed. The beach area looked lovely we ate at the beach restaurant which was fantastic. The roof top bar is great especially when there is live music on. We found the location perfect to access the beach promenade and Marbella old town. Highly recommend for couples or friends.
