  I can't remember her name, but the lady at check-in was super friendly and answered all questions we had. I have an emotional support/service dog due to seizures and was aware of the pet fee due at check-in but wasn't made to pay it and was told it was for that reason. The TV, shower nor refrigerator worked. We noticed the refrigerator was unplugged, thought that may be the problem so we plugged it up and the back of it burned my leg so we unplugged it. The next day before check-out time we called down to the office to add another night but requested to be in a different room. We were told we couldn't stay another night and told we had to leave and to not return. No reason as to why was given. Overall, Days Inn is very dissatisfying!!!!!!!!!!

  If I could give this property a rating of 0, I would. Room was disgusting. Dirty floor, food in the refrigerator, fecal matter on the toilet seat, dirty sink, burned and ripped bed linens. The curtains were hanging off the curtain rod. There were burn marks on the furniture and a burn mark and match on the bathroom wall. We called the front desk and the woman on duty came to the room with cleaning supplies and new sheets and bedspread. She took pictures of the room and told us how many people have received refunds due to the poor housekeeping. We then had to clean our room and make our bed with supplies she brought as there were no other rooms available. Had it not been after midnight we would have tried to find another hotel. When we checked out we were told we would receive a refund. So far, no refund. The “Wyndham Response Service Team” reached out to me and when I told them my issues, I was told there is nothing they could do. I tried to email Wyndham’s CEO (at Geoff.ballotti@wyndham.com) and have received no response. I am finding this situation to be very disheartening. Travelocity requested feedback on this hotel and I can honestly say I cannot recommend this location. I have never been so disgusted with a hotel property in my life.

  Room was not anything like what is shown online when booking. We arrived at 1am and left at noon the same day, and originally planned to stay 4 nights. Ended up finding a much better hotel for similar price. Also- we reserved with one card and paid with a different one at check in. They charged BOTH cards. Definitely reporting.

  The place isn’t very clean. I have several photos of dirty stuff from our rooms. The kids room had blood on the sheets, blood in the bathroom where the toilet paper was, something stuck dangling off the ceiling that was red, a leaking refrigerator, and broken chair. Etc. I’d never stay there again. Our room had mold in the shower which reminds me the other room also had an cleaned shower. Our toilet had literal poop in it. I have photos. There’s also stains all over the bed and pillows.

  I'd give it a zero if I could. Disgusting. I missed all the bad reviews somehow. Hotel doesn't look like the pictures. Creepy people in parking lot. We were given a non-smoking room but as soon as I opened the door I was hit with smoke. Went to front desk and she claimed maintenance must have smoked in there. Got a new room and I didn't want to put my stuff down. Bathroom was clean is about the only nice thing I could say. Couch was nasty, refrigerator missing, closet door falling off, drawer front falling off. I checked the sheets and there was black hair and footprints!!! As soon as I went back to the front desk the lady said "I suppose you want to cancel." She made some excuse about housekeeping, but at least she gave us a refund with no hassle.
