  Nice hotel

  Stayed for a week beginning of March, check in was quick, we booked a room with balcony facing the city side, but when we got to our room, we had the end room on floor 1 which had a corner balcony with a view of the city plus round the corner we had a pool view with a partial sea view in the distance.The room was basic though spotlessly clean ,with a large double bed, which was 2 single beds pushed together, but they were very comfortable and we slept well all week. The bathroom was a decent size with a bath and shower, the water was piping hot which was great, though you need to be careful if you’ve got children with the hot water.The room had only 1 socket but we managed ok with that, there’s no fridge in the rooms which is a bit of an inconvenience, I used to buy a bag of ice every day and put it into a cool bag and kept my drinks in that.The maids came in every day to make the beds, and replace the towels, they were lovely fair play.We booked bed and breakfast and there was a really good variety of food to choose from. We did pay extra to eat dinner in the evening most nights- 34€ for the 2 of us which we thought was good value when you consider the amount and choice you had.The only negative thing I would say about the food, it wasn’t hot enough for my liking.The pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and the bar area was very relaxing with lots of comfy chairs to sit and relax on.Although the hotel is practically on the beach, it is still a good 15/20 minutes walk away from the main centre where most of the restaurants are and it’s around 20 minutes walk from Loro Parque which is definitely a must see, we had a fantastic day there.All in all we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, just wish the weather could have been a bit better.

  Look wisely, you can do better

  Simple 3 star hotel that I have viewed from private rental previously.As that was not available, I booked this dump!No fridge in room which u get even in 2 star accommodation!1 x socket in room, bring an extension socket!Clean but worn,Went B&B as no lesser option.Breakfast usual cheap buffet affair that may appeal to some?’

  This is not a bad hotel overall and there were some good points includingPlentiful breakfastClean pool and pool areaFriendly and efficient staffReasonable locationHowever, it is not, as claimed, a four star hotel. The rooms are very basic and there are no in-room amenities. The lack of plug sockets(1 per room), no fridge to store snacks/milk. The airconditioning did not work and the door handle fell off.I would say this is a solid two star hotel.

  Communal areas such as pool area and lobby are clean and look new but rooms are appalling.We stayed in room 312. On our second to last day the bathroom ceiling started leaking. Given the strong smell of urine I suspect it was the toilet from the room above. Yuck!! We informed reception immediately and they did absolutely nothing. We had to put towels on the floor and basically do without a bathroom for a day.Location is quite good with bars and restaurants only a 10 min walk away. Loro parque zoo is only a 20 minute walk in the other direction.The maids and staff working in the restaurant are fantastic and do a great job but the rooms are so dated, the floors so scratched, and the furniture so chipped and old that it never felt truly clean.There are no extra facilities at the hotel aside from a pool and bar. "Entertainment " is provided on a night which is usually some singer with a casio keyboard.Food in the restaurant is good and fresh but can be a little samey. If you only eat "english" food on holiday then you may struggle a little but I enjoyed it all.

  We spent six nights in this hotel February 2026 and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the rooms were. They were cleaned every day while we stayed there as well. We were greeted by a receptionist called Domingo who was very very helpful and welcoming and very pleasant. The only downfall with this hotel is the food choices on a night we ate out a few times during our stay. The breakfast were okay, but it was the same thing every day. There was a very unfriendly and abrupt waitress called judit who was quite rude on a few occasions. All of the other staff were very pleasant. Overall, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location was great.
