  Fantastic stay !

  Returned home yesterday from a wonderful holiday stay. Great information about the apartment with updated messages on how to get there and into the apartment. Great apartment, clean and spacious. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. X2 bedrooms, spacious bathroom , living room, kitchen and balcony . Additional extras - Has air con , washing machine, iron , hair dryer and microwave. Fantastic location. Short walk to the beach , bars and restaurants. Also easy access to the taxi rank and bus stops. 10 min walk to Bonanza Square with more restaurants, bars and main supermarket. Taxi to Torremolinos is a 5 minute cab ride away . Jump on the train and visit Malaga , 30 mins on the train.Thank you to our wonderful lady who owned the apartment, for a lovely stay ! Would we stay again , absolutely! We had a fantastic holiday !

  Great location, have been here many times before. Standard of the apartment this time was very poor. Not very well equipped. Lack of soft furnishings and general decor so very bland. Would hesitate before going back to this particular resort.

  Pueblo Quinta 'what a disappointment'

  My partner and I have just returned, not what we believed we had booked and was incredibly disappointed. The apartment was scruffy, and dirty, the terrace really bad, we had to sanitise stuff before we used it as it was not to our expected standard. ground floor overlooking the road, traffic noise, headlights shining through the curtains when parking etc. made for a bad sleep, cockerels didn't bother us as we knew we were right near Paloma Park, which now seemed to be missing most of it's chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Lack of expected wifi was annoying, and as my partner doesn't speak Spanish she could not watch any TV which we expected to get with the wifi.I shall not be returning to Benalmadena as it is not what is was, and I would definitely not recommend these apartments to anyone.

  Dreadful, avoid at all costs!

  We stayed here from 2 - 9th April 2022. It was awful. The apartment was on the ground floor with a terrace, all okay so far. The terrace was filthy, dirt running down the walls, filthy broken tiled floor, dirty and broken plastic garden seats and table. The pool was filthy and could not be used, likely a typhoid risk, no sun loungers anyway. The electric sockets were half hanging off the wall in the lounge. Some of the bedding was badly stained. Most of the crockery and cutlery was filthy. The air-con didn't work. The whole place was just really dirty looking and run down, building works going on too so lots of tools, red tape, tools and bags on concrete/sand sitting around. Not sure if they were not ready for the season or not yet recovered post Covid. We did complain and were offered a different apartment in the same block with the same problems but then on a busy main road with the terrace dirty and covered in litter too so we just stuck with the original one. It is quite a big complex and if you were to stay on the main road you would be opposite a park which is nice but the cockerels were certainly very noisy. Luckily we were not staying opposite the park. We have raised a complaint but do not seem to be getting anywhere to be honest. We took lots of photos and a view videos showing the state of the place. Just dreadful, don't stay here as you will have a thoroughly miserable time.

  Ok, positives to start, location good, weather was great,apartments and i say apartments,for some reason we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and ended up getting two apartments side by side which would have been great but since we had 3 children under 6 i'm not sure how this would even work in any ones mind , but anyways..no kiddies pool and no wi fi which was a bit of a negative ,but the beach is close so we got by..biggest negative and i mean huge..Roosters..living on the apartment hedges..they start cock a doodle dooing from 2am and carry on till your up regardless off your alarm time..awful if you want rest and your kiddies to enjoy a nights sleep. Complained to reception but apparently there's nothing they can do as its a council problem and they don't give a monkeys. know what your thinking, a couple of roosters ,how could that annoy your holiday, but to be honest..totally ruined ours.You'll see if you stay here..apartments actually good..such a pity as we will never be back even if it was free! Stay at your peril...p.s reception gave us earplugs to block out the squawking roosters, DID NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!
