    REF 214 PENTHOUSE WITH POOL BY COSTARENTALStayed at Apartment 1202 with 2 other couples and it was F A B U L O U S. Clean and comfortable with a beautiful outside space. It had everything you need BBQ and Hot Tub, great kitchen space and lovely bedrooms.Would stay again!

    If you’re looking for a “celebrity jungle” style experience, you might like this place. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short. My partner, our son, and I were booked for five nights but ended up leaving the following day due to basic cleanliness issues, including blood and urine stains on the mattress. As it was a Sunday, there was no one available at reception to address the problem, so we felt we had no option but to return home.

    The apartment that I viewed and booked with booking .com wasn't the apartment that I had when I arrived , a real old dated apartment, broken tiles on the floor, a bathroom with a walk in shower in the photos, in reality it was a shower over the bath , a bucket for a kitchen bin ,a toaster that only toasted on one side , a smoke alarm hanging off the wall with no battery and a blocked kitchen sink after days 3 , the list goes on approached reception to discuss some of the issues and thier answer was contact the owner, who ? booking. Com. ? , the complex and location was ok but steer clear of booking .com they're advertising incorrect data and photos lying, STEER CLEAR OF BOOKING. COM

    Unsafe apartment- SCAM BEWARE- should not be rented

    I booked Benal Beach Apartments from August 20–27 but had to leave immediately on arrival because the apartment was completely unsafe and unfit for use. The door lock had been previously kicked in and badly repaired, leaving the room insecure. The main fuse box was exposed with live wires, presenting a serious fire and electrocution hazard. The air conditioning unit was broken, leaking water into bottles on the balcony (a “solution” advised by staff), and parts of the unit actually fell off the wall. Holes were left all over the walls where appliances had been removed, dirty surfaces everywhere, and overall the place felt neglected and dangerous.I had already paid over €1,000 for this booking but was forced to spend another €1,000 to move into a different hotel at the last minute, ruining the start of my holiday. This property is not suitable for guests and should not be listed on Booking.com. Avoid at all costs.Please see pictures and a video I have attached and see what your getting yourself into.“No refund given – this company is a scam, they don’t exist, never answer the number provided. Apartment 900, block 3. Funny guy who checked me in skinny weird guy finally answered the phone after 3 WEEKS claiming there is no refund because I left the property without contacting him first. LIES LIES LIES, he was called immediately no answer, booking.com tried contacting him for weeks no answer, con artist.

    Just like a mini waterpark

    Great pool, fab locationStayed at Benal Beach for a week and really enjoyed it. The pool area is amazing – more like a mini waterpark and perfect for kids. Location is brilliant, just a few minutes from the beach, promenade and Paloma Park, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Apartments are a bit hit and miss as they’re privately owned – ours was clean but quite basic. Overall, great value for families looking for fun and convenience, though not the quietest or most luxurious option.
