Location

The hotel is located in the exclusive Puerto Banús area, only a few metres from the beach and 7 km from Marbella city centre. The hotel lies on 28,000 m² of spectacular and mature subtropical gardens with pools and ponds. Puerto Banús offers many leisure activities and dining establishments. There are also links to the public transport network about 200 m away.

Facility

The hotel has 8 suites, 18 single rooms and 276 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

The rooms of the hotel include air conditioning and central heating. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area.     Had a great stay here with friends in May 2026. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Fantastic staff. Breakfast is great with plenty on offer, maids great and a nice 5 mins stroll to the beach. Food and drink very reasonably priced. 15 mins walk down the front to Puerto Banus or around €10 euros in a taxi. I’d 100% stay here again.

    I stayed at this hotel last year with no issues, so I rebooked expecting the same standard. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different.When we arrived during the night, we were told we had a “lovely room with a big balcony”. The room had no balcony, no window, and the only light was a single bedside lamp — no ceiling lights at all.In the morning we woke up to the entire room covered in ants and bugs, and the bathroom flooded every time the bath was used.When I spoke to reception (Jessica), she was rude, dismissive, and reluctant to get a manager. Maintenance came and said the flooding was “normal” because the bath was low, and told us to use towels to soak up the water.The manager eventually arrived with ant spray, apologised, and admitted the hotel was having ongoing problems with bugs in the rooms and that there were no alternative rooms available. For the price we paid, the lack of concern was shocking.What made it worse was the feeling that we were being taken advantage of because we’re younger. It genuinely felt like they assumed we were there to party and stuck us in a disused, sub‑standard room because they thought we wouldn’t complain.When I said we would not be staying another night and were moving to another hotel, the response was simply: “Do what you like.”Awful customer service from start to finish. We will definitely not be back.

    Absolutely gorgeous hotel - not outdated as people are saying, it’s very nice decor if you appreciate Mediterranean style! The breakfast was gorgeous, so many options.Our room was amazing for how much we paid and it was incredibly clean and sanitary. Great views from the hotel and there was so many amenities. The hotel pool is massive with bars around and loads of sun loungers - they even have a poolside dj and bar.Super central to puerto banus, the walk is about 18 minutes. We will be coming back here every year!

    3rd time to stay here. Fabulous hotel. Ticks all the box 's. Food incredible. Staff amazing. People staying here treat the staff like they are not human. It really bothers me. Acknowledge the staff. They work so hard..it's the best hotel I have ever stayed in..

    Lovely hotel yet ignorant bar staff, picking out youngsters telling them to put t shirts on when everybody else is unclothed, telling us not certain drinks were available when everybody else was being served them, the one lady behind the bar was so disrepectful, I will definitely not return
