    Beach bar service.

    A waiter at the Beach Bar was obnoxious. He took my order of cakes and coffee. He took ages to bring the cakes. The other 3 waiters were wondering where he was. He made the coffee and left our delayed food on the counter. I gave him €20. He said "15, no change" My husband came and took a tray to carry everything.

    Great hotel in a great location with friendly staff (shout out to Elliott on the bali beds for looking after us Wednesday to Friday and Brammy on Saturday). The rooftop bar with djs and saxophonist is just lovely for early evening drinks. Excellent value for money - our room for 4 was a great size - didn't feel cramped at all. Will be back next year.     Location is brilliant. We had a Sea view room which was spacious. Rooms need a bit of updating but were clean and a welcome pack of water, sparkling wine and pastries was a nice touch. Breakfast was adequate with hot and cold choices, but juice was a surprise every morning from the machine. Pool area and grounds spotless and staff friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again.     Impressed with this 3 star hotel. Worth more than its current ranking. Newly refurbished- clean, bright, large rooms. Great sea / pool view that I don’t think I paid for. Worth requesting an upper floor in my opinion. Was right opp the lifts but absolutely minimal noise and impressed generally by standards of service. Pool bar great; sun beds great- mostly all bagged by around 930 though. BUT management please take note: the pool cleaning guys (multiple every day) and the lifeguard are so obsessed with cleaning AROUND the pool that they are power washing all the litter INTO the pool - please ask them not to do this!     Lovely hotel ideally situated, pleasant staff; pool area very nice. Don’t include breakfast in your booking as we unfortunately did @ €14 per head per day; only to see, on arrival, an offer displayed at reception offering breakfast for €8 p.p. Juices from machine undrinkably sweet. Not a lot of choice for those who have cereal and fruits for breakfast. Didn’t have dinner here so cannot comment.
