    Just returned from a week in this hotel can't find fault with this hotel. All it needs is better entertainment at night .The rooms are very spacious which were cleaned daily staff very friendly good location .our room was a pool view with sun all day there was no problem getting a sun bed at the pool .would recommend this hotel for seniors as it had ramps for all facilities in the hotel .     This latest visit to this hotel is our fourth visit, so I feel that I'm qualified to comment on how bad it has become.Firstly. - we arrived and were allocated our room (room 326).We walked into the room and immediately had to switch on the lights as it was if we'd walked into a basement.The room had hardly any natural light as it looked onto a high stone wall about 6 feet in front of the window.I went to reception to see if I could be moved to the kind of room I'd requested through TUI (Lower floor, pool or sea view) only to be told that we had ordered a junior suite (there had only been the one room option when we ordered, with no mention that this type of room may not have a balcony)The male receptionist told me if I wanted to be moved to a room that had a balcony I would have to pay a supplement of €235 which I reluctantly paid as there was no way I could last a week in what was basically a dungeon.From then, it proceeded to get worse because of the meals.The small choice of different food options at meal times was bad enough, but the food was consistently lukewarm and nearly always needed reheating.I'm definitely not a fussy eater but the lack of choices of foods that you could pair together meant that mealtimes were an odd mix.The whole experience of the hotel was a pity as I said I'd been there three times previously and could see just how bad it had become. If you are considering coming here, ensure in writing that you won't be put into a room without a balcony and prepare to eat out most nights.We won't return.     Location was very good just back from the beach and prom.The hotel was very clean and tidy not a lot of atmosphere as we were early in the season.Rooms were big and spacious little area to sit and make drink. Fridge to keep water etc in.We had a pool view although also a sea view room 318 .Felt it didn't really warrant the 4 stars as complimentary shower room was very basic. It was up on the roof terrace u had to use a pool towel or u own.Food was OK plenty to chose from so u not go with out.Would I stay again no as other MS for star we stayed in seemed better.     Good hotel, friendly staff , room let it down slightly.

    Stayed here with my wife recently , non balcony room on 3rd floor , not great...view from high level window into a high stone wall, sound of water running through pipes each morning at 0500, food was good and the staff were lovely, helpful, polite people. Hotel was nice and clean, although rooms could benefit from a touch up. Location is excellent and elevator at the back of hotel to outside saves a lot of walking uphill. Swimming pool is not massive butbit was quiet and we enjoyed it. No access to sauna or steam room (think it was an extra charge). All in all a nice friendly hotel with good food but room we had on floor 3 let it down slightly.     This is not a 4 star hotel. We spent a lot of money for a junior suite and got a room with no balcony, really poor finishing and outdated decor. Teacups and a kettle there but no tea and coffee! Hairdryer broken and took ages to fix - whilst my hair was soaking and delayed us from going out. The room was so dark - we needed the lights on during the day as only a tiny window and looking out onto a wall. I purposely booked this hotel as it had a spa but you had to pay €25 per person each time to use it! This was not made clear when booking and for the price it should’ve been included. Definitely will not be back.
