  John of God, security is rude. He showed up at my room at more than 00 to yell for me to get the car out of the parking lot (sir is not well).They didn't fill out my claim sheet. The room super dirty, the bathroom ridiculous and in bad condition (the screen did not close, the bathroom flooded), dirty bed, smelled terrible of tobacco.....there are factories next door and are not isolated rooms. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. Nor parking, the parking ridiculous. Not recommended. You don't rest. The dispensing machine was empty.....a hotel ruin.The hotel management?   THE WORST HOTEL IN MY LIFE, I COULDN'T SLEEP ALL NIGHT BECAUSE OF NOISES FROM NEIGHBORING INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

  NOTHING, both the facilities and the staff leave much to be desired, the night I was staying I could not sleep because there was heavy machinery working in a neighbouring industrial building only 5 meters and in which they work throughout the night, besides the window I was supposed to insulate was old and wooden so I did not isolate anything the noise, so at 4 in the morning I decided to leave the room and look for another hotel as it was impossible to fall asleep. After this incident I commented in reception that in addition to what was explained and that I had only been 3 hours in the hotel because I checked in at 1:00 AM, and that I felt scammed so I requested the refund of the money paid. The reception girl told me that she could not make that decision and that the next morning the manager would call me to give me a solution, because after having called several times and been waiting 4 days I have called again (they never called me) and they have told me that they are not responsible for the noise of the neighboring ships. AND THAT EVEN IF I FEEL CONNED, I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NOISE, AND THAT I ONLY STAYED 3 HOURS IN THE ROOM..THAT THEY DO NOT RETURN MY MONEY, THAT NOR HALF OR ANY OTHER SOLUTION.... And I wonder how they give a hotel license to someone in a place surrounded by industrial ships that work all night loading and unloading and the garages of municipal buses.   The hotel was pretty good value for money. Comfortable and very new beds, smart double room with high ceilings, fridge, shower and spacious bathroom. Located in a polygon near the center, when going on weekend 28 and 29 April parking outside without problems. The staff was very friendly. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.   Our room conditions were very questionable.. 1. Window in our room didn’t exist. We felt like trapped in a cell. 2. Air Conditioning never worked, even after telling the staff the issue. They didn’t really care. She said the AC doesn’t give cold air because it’s not the right season. Once she left we realised there was nothing coming out of the AC. It was broken. 3. Shower door was broken. 4. NO sound proof walls. We could hear everything. Other people steps, tv they were watching and some hotel works. 5. Very rude staff. Everything what we got was different compared what the hotel offered on their page. We got out of this ‘HOTEL’ as soon as we booked in. Do not recommend!

  Very shabby hotel in the ghetto area

  The neighbourhood is in the middle of an industrial park with car parts storage. It is very dodgy and you have to walk through a ghetto district to reach the hotel. The service is terrible and the hotel rooms is very shabby. I would stay far away from this place!
