    Great Self Catering Accommodation

    Fantastic from moment we arrived. Arrived a couple of hours early and asked at reception if we could access our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us early access. The location is great and only 5 minutes walk to the main square. The hotel itself is a little tired and the restaurant didn't look very appealing so we gave it a miss but the apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great peaceful views.     The restaurant staff, Silvana, is extremely efficient. She ensures that the facility is clean, well arranged and meets all our expectations. The meals are quickly prepared and presented in a tasteful manner. Silvana has an entertaining personality which adds in a positive manner to the dinning experience. We have enjoyed the service here for 6 months over the past 2 years and have never been disappointed.     Went here as not a MacDonalds fan and the staff let me charge my phone Food is amazing like Kendal's own kfc but better very consistent

    We absolutely love this hotel! The apartments are spotless and well equipped, with three lovely pools that never feel overcrowded. The poolside café is excellent too — great food at sensible prices.     A second stay at a lovely hotel!

    This was our second stay at La Ermita. This time we upgraded from a Classic to a Superior room. It was far better, furnishings were cleaner and more up to date. We had a stunning sea view and loved our clean apartment. The bathroom being part of the main bedroom was a bit of a surprise at first but we used the other bathroom during our stay. The pool was busier than the last time that we stayed but we wouldn’t let that put us off in future. A big shout out to Dina and Adam at the pool bar. So friendly! We look forward to staying again!
