Location

This simple hotel is located in the tourist centre of Nerja, just 300 metres from the nearest beach. Public transport links, shopping venues, restaurants and bars as well as nightclubs are to be found just a short distance from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 52 rooms, including suites and 25 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (for a fee). Further services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests have a view onto the street from the balcony or terrace, which are standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a games console, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and horse riding are available. With jet skiing, motorboat rides, banana boat rides, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and aerobics. A spa, massage treatments and solarium are available in the wellness area.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte.

    Fantastic hotel staff were all lovely great breakfast and they have tea biscuits and cakes in the afternoon for all the residents.Everything in the room and more modern hotel with mod cons.Great location 10 mins from the beach and 10 mins from the Balcon.

    Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and nicely designed. We liked the breakfast and the afternoon snacks. On site reasonably priced parking is a huge plus.Rooftop has a nice lounge area with jacuzzi, shower and beds.In the hotel room, I would replace one of the three very firm pillows with a soft one (also, two pillows per person would be enough 😀).Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel!

    Amazing Boutique Hotel

    This is a beautiful little Boutique hotel. All the staff are really friendly and approachable. It’s in a really quiet area and a short walk to Europa de Balconie. There’s plenty of lovely little bars and restaurants on the way to the Europa de Balconie. We had meals at El Reggio, Restaurant 34, a beautiful Thai Restaurant and a few others. None of them disappointed. Our room at the hotel with a balcony was brilliant. In fact we’ve requested the same room when we visit in August. Everything in our room was digital and very easy to use. We had an espresso machine with free pods (other hotels charge for pods) and we had two free little bottles of water every day. The white towels were really chunky and so soft. Breakfast was fine. There were different types of bread, different types of ham, boiled eggs, fresh salmon, lots of fruit, juices, a coffee machine. From 3-8 pm they put little cakes out and more coffee. The two jacuzzis on the rooftop are brilliant - especially when you come back from having a meal etc., of an evening you can go onto the rooftop. It’s open till 2am. There’s plenty of loungers. The shower is really cool as well. You stand on a little round platform when you stand in and the water shoots up from below. There’s two desktops on the landing which was really handy for me as my emails weren’t coming through my phone so I could go onto the desktop and the tray was full of paper so you can print as well and it’s free. The only suggestion that I would make is that it would be handy if there was cutlery and little plates in the room incase you wanted to make a little snack at lunchtime otherwise this boutique is outstanding. Would recommend 100%. Thanks to all the staff.

    Great Stay at Friendly MB Boutique Hotel

    We stayed at MB Boutique Hotel in Nerja last month and had a very pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and it was clear that the entire team works very hard to make guests feel comfortable.One thing that really impressed us was the level of cleanliness. The cleaning is done extremely thoroughly, and we had never seen the special bed system before where the beds can be lifted up to clean perfectly underneath. It really shows how much care and attention is given to hygiene.Another big plus was the convenient parking right next to the reception area, which made arriving and unloading the car very easy and stress-free. The location is also excellent, with everything within walking distance.The room itself was actually larger than it appeared in the photos, and although the balcony view may not have been as spectacular as some other locations, it was peaceful and quiet. Overall, the price-quality balance was more than fair.There were only a few small points for us personally: the lighting in the room felt a little less cozy than we prefer, and unfortunately we could hear our neighbour snoring through the wall quite clearly. The breakfast also did not feel very filling to us, but with so many lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, that was not a major issue at all.Thank you to the whole team for a lovely stay in Nerja!
