Location

The hotel is located in Estepona, a few minute’s drive from the beach and 20 minutes from Marbella. Conveniently situated for restaurants, bars and nightclubs the hotel is 85 km from Malaga Airport.

Facility

430 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 12 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are provided. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and 430 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

On hot days, guests can go for a refreshing dip in one of the 3 outdoor pools. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy tennis and crazy golf. For a fee, golf is also available. The water sports offered include aquafit. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can dine in 3 restaurants, which have air conditioning and high chairs as well as smoking and non-smoking areas. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety.     Nice but things could be better

    The apartment lacked information. They need to have info on how to contact reception as there is nothing saying this. No bin in the bathrooms. We should have been informed before booking that it was out of season and pools closed. It was warm enough to swim very disappointed also you couldn’t sunbath by the pool only on a small terrace. The apartments were very basic and if staying for a week they need more storage space in the kitchen as well as supplies like scissors ice trays simple things. More than one tea towel etc. staff very friendly and the food in the restaurant was enjoyable

    Poor. Not golf supportive. The hotel is nearish the course but does not offer a shuttle service so you have to carry clubs from hotel to course, uphill. So if you only have a cart bag it’s even worse. I stayed 4 days and never had a hot shower. Neither did other rooms in our group get hot water. Rooms were clean and well laid out but were not as described. We were firstly allocated an incorrect room. Then we had other guests entering our room while I was in bed as they had also been allocated our room the following night. Reception were slow and not truly supportive. Breakfast was included but hard to find location (not sign posted). But breakfast food was good selection. On site restaurant food was very good. On site Mini Mart had good selection and not badly overpriced. Hotel in lovely location for views.

    Absolutely awful place to stay. Bedlinen was stained, torn,and had an odour. It was a 2 Bed Apt. both had single beds no double ! TV did not work properly. Lounge lighting had bulbs blown. Shelves from the oven in the kitchen were missing so it was not posssible to cook anything ! There wss no microwave as "back up". Very limited amount of utensils. Unreal noise coming from Mc Donalds on a Saturday afternoon. Screeching, shouting, incessant noise from a Birthday Party which went on all afternoon from 1pm until approx 7pm. Impossible to relax, spoiled the quiet relaxing afternoon we had planned!. The office where you pick up the keys is not easy to find, nor clearly marked. It's up 2 flights of stairs over some commercial properties you have to search for the name on a wall to find it!

    We just spent a week here, The staff is very friendly and helpful,especially David R. Who took personal care of us. The apartment was better than expected a few minor issues is all, not the typical building with thin walls , could not hear any noises which is a big plus, will try to book another week next year, at approximately the same time. We are walking the Sendra Litoral (Coastal Path) which starts in Maro and terminates in Manilva we have approximately 15 miles to go completing the walk.
