    We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation and friendliness of all staff we met at the hotel.We requested a low floor room and this was provided. A large 1 bed apartment with kitchen facilities (including washing machine/dishwasher) and nice bathroom. There was plenty of room in the apartment and a double width balcony which we did not expect. Room was nice and quiet no noise at all. All clean when we arrived with a mini kitchen welcome pack with stuff to clean plates etc.Beds were firm as some others have noted, but we slept absolutely fine, no problems at all.The pool area was quiet as early in the season but was very clean with plenty of sunbeds. The snack bar was closed unfortunately but was being refurbished whilst we were there. Not an issue as there are a clutch of cafes and bars less than 5 mins away and a supermarket attached to the hotel.Location was really good - 5 mins to main supermarket and many cafes and bars and similar distance to the beach.Overall we had a great stay. This is a budget hotel to stay, so long as you don't expect 5* accommodation this definitely fits the bill.     Great Sized Apartments!

    We stayed here in early December 2025 and really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in Benalmadena for over 20 years and like the area around Avenida las Palmeras. We had booked 2 weeks in apartments adjacent to this establishment but after one week checked out as it was too cold. A friend had recommended here and we were so glad we took up her recommendation. The apartment was so warm! The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and bedding which was changed twice during our stay. We had a geat nights sleep. The lounge area included a table and a sofa and was adequate for the 2 of us. It, like the bedroom had access to the balcony which overlooked the property we had checked out of and a further view down to the sea. Next time, when we stay in early April, we will request a pool side room on a higher floor. We were on floor 3.The bathroom was fit for purpose with a bath and overbath shower. Towels were great quality and water was plentiful and hot.The kitchen was small but had all the amenities including a washer/dryer which comes in handy in winter months.Reception area was well maintained and all of the staff that we met were very courteous and pleasant.     Checking in was quick and easy. €200 deposit paid when checking in, preauthorisation didn't leave my account.Room was really nice and spacious. Cleaning bag containing tea towel, sponge, dish water tablet and fairy liquid in kitchen for yr use. Rubbish must be removed when you vacate the room. Bins are a short walk away from the hotel. Bedroom is a nice size. Loads of wardrobe space, although you may want to bring some hangers.The shower was sooooo good. Water was boiling with excellent pressure.Didn't use the pool as the weather was too cold. However, we did take a look. The sunbeds looked like they could do with being replaced, some where worn and dirty. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would return.     You will not get what you book.

    We have stayed here at least on 12 occasions and almost every time we have a problem checking in, the only job reception appeared to have is to try and upgrade you and charge more money. This time we booked a pool view through VRBO however what we booked was not what we got we ended up with a third floor room with no view and no sun. Apparently the photo used to advertise the room is not the room you will get. These are the words of reception. Probably the last time we are going to go through the hassle of arguing on the first day of our holiday..     Off putting with signs for extra charges
