Location

This apartment complex is a 3-minute walk (50 metres) from the centre and about 500 m (roughly a 5-minute walk from the beach. A park is situated within 200 m of the hotel. Countless shops, bars and restaurants are to be found within 100 m, nightclubs are 300 m away. Links to the public transport network are about a 15-minute walk/500 m away, for example, the bus station.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 9 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (for a fee). Other services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed.     A truly beautiful apartment in the old town I was so blown away how gorgeous and very traditional it was , Our own top terrace with views of the old town & mountains had sun all day , fab clean and big apartment with the comfiest bed, loved how cute and cosy it was air con worked a delight, fab little kitchen and supplied with microwave utensils bowls glasses etc and even tapas bowls our 1st night we stayed on the terrace and had a tapas night , supermarket not far, lots of beautiful restaurants & bars on your door step, I can fully recommend la poleca for a rustic authentic Spanish night of yummy food & sangria Wi-Fi was fab We visit Marbella every year and I will definitely book this apartment again the owners are a delight truly helpful and friendly and even arranged a taxi for us to the airport early in the morning Do your self a favour please visit this beautiful establishment it’s amazing See you next June muchas gracias 🙏

    I stayed here through Air Bnb. Despite being serviced apartments, there is not functioning recepton. When I asked about luggage storage, I was told "this isn't a 5 star hotel". I told them this was unprofessional behaviour to speak to a guest this way and they promptly left me a negative review on Airbnb. I would not recomments it, VERY loud at night.

    I was lucky enough to stay here for 3 nights in April. Dori and her family were so kind and welcoming. I had the most beautiful apartment overlooking one of the prettiest streets in the old town. Very quiet, well equipped and best of all, my own terrace. I loved everything. If you’re looking for an authentic location in Marbella, far enough so there’s no noise, but within walking distance to the town, market and beach, this is the place. Thank you so much Dori, Tatiana and Frank. I’ll be back

    We stayed here for one week recently an an apartment with a roof terrace. We’ve stayed here many times before and I’m pleased to report that post-Covid, it’s just as good as ever. It’s very centrally located. Restaurants (some Michelin starred) are just opposite or around the corner. Staying here, you can enjoy the old town every night without needing taxis or to get the car out. It’s also just a short walk to the beach. Our apartment was spacious for two (although it can sleep more) and the outside space makes it great for sitting out in the evening or having breakfast. You must be aware though, that you are in the old town. It’s always civilised and it is a ‘lived in’ neighbourhood but it is always busy so you will get some noise. You may not need a car but if you do, you can park in the Mercado car park just at the end of the street. Alternatively, the hotel can arrange private parking for you but make sure you arrange in advance. Great small hotel in the middle of everything

    When in Marbella, stay in the old town, where you have countless sidewalk cafes and tapas bars, beautiful street scenes, shops and you are just a short stroll to the beach. Hotel Puerta de Aduares is a home away from home - small kitchenette, comfy bed and boutique bathroom.
